The apartments were very good value for money, clean and tidy. It was ideal for our weekend stay. I do not think that 6 people would have been very comfortable in the 4/6 apartments, however for 3/4 it was a great size. |

Initially found room musty and needing renovation. Toilet was broken on arrival also. But based on rate paid v. good value for money and location for shops, bars and beach very convenient. Pool and surrounds very good and toilet was repaired that night! Poor restaurant and bar facilities on site. Rooms in bad need of paint. |

these apartments belong to the Bellavsita hotel which has a lovely pool that can be used, they are basic with everything you need for a short stay. Our toilet broke on the first day and after 24 hours we had to remind the reception of this, we asked to move apartment but they said it was full even thought there was hardly anybody there! After getting a little bit angry we did get it fixe within the hour but this sopilt the stay for us |

The prize was cheap and the rooms were comfortable, spacious and with a good view. The seaside is close and the town is nice. In june nothing is happening. For example the bar was open only from 19-24 h. |

Quando chegamos à recepção não havia a reserva no sistema informatico. Após alguma insistência lá apareceu o fax da nossa reserva. Num dos quartos só havia uma tolha de banho, e no outro não havia cobertores para a cama. Tivemos que trocar cobertores e toalhas de um quarto para outro. |

O preço interessante, localização, ar condicionado trabalhou correctamente, a água dos banhos esteve sempre quente, não estavamos à espera de muito mais. Quando chegamos à recepção ninguem sabia da nossa reserva, e o funcionario não se preocupou em procurar, tivemos que se nós a procurar a reserva no mail e depois reencaminhar para o mail do hotel. Nos quartos não havia toalhas de banho. |

Buiten- en binnenzwembad, Roquetas is een aardig plaatsje voor een kort verblijf. Hotel grenst aan fraaie golfbaan (Serena Golf) Omdat de naam van het hotel is veranderd in Bellavista, was het lastig te vinden. Het adres klopt wel, maar daar lijkt een ander hotel te staan. |

Pues sinceramente me pongo a pensar en ello y nada me ha gustado como para ponerlo aquí, si a caso diría que esta genial tener cocina y frigorífico pero para eso fuimos a un apartamento. El servicio del hotel es pésimo por no decir inexistente. Fuimos 5 personas a una habitación de 6, el primer día nos limpiaron el baño, los otros 3 o 4 días nadie se pasó a limpiar absolutamente nada, de hecho tardamos unas 6 o 7 horas en conseguir que nos dieran unas toallas limpias (de 12:00 a 19:00 aprox.). No sé si sabéis a lo que me refiero, pero 5 personas en la playa, sin baño limpio, sin ducha limpia y sin toallas es algo muy duro. Tengo la sensación de que en ese hotel se preocupan por las habitaciones pero pasan de los apartamentos. Los apartamentos no tienen ascensor, por suerte nosotros estábamos en la primera planta. Otra cosa muy curiosa eran las setas que había en el techo del baño, una auténtica cerdada. |

La tranquilidad, los alrededores de esa zona, las instalaciones de las piscinas y el complejo en sí. La limpieza, tanto interior como exterior (pasillos, escaleras, ascensor, etc.) de la zona de apartamentos. Creo que con poco, mejoraría y daría mejor impresión e imágen. |

La limpieza nefasta, pelusas gigantes por todas partes y la ducha rota. El parking pequeñísimo en relación al número de huéspedes quepuede alojar el hote, por supuesto estaba completo y no tuvimos que dejar el coche donde pudimos en la calle. Cuando llegamos, a las 22:00h las camas de los niños no tenían sábanas. Al día siguiente eran las 16:00h y no teníamos toallas, después de llamar a recepción 3 veces conseguimos que nos trajeran las toallas para podernos duchar a las 21:00h. |

Los apartamentos son amplios y bastante cómodos. La distancia a la zona comercial y de restauración es inmejorable así como la distancia a la playa. Los ascensores estaban bastante sucios casi todos los dias. Entiendo que habia mucha gente, pero si era así en Junio, ¿cómo será en pleno Julio o Agostoque hay más gente? Por lo demás muy bien. |

La comodidad de las camas y el apartamento en si. Completo, aunque no pudimos aprovecharlo por ser demasiado corto el tiempo de nuestra estancia. Las pocas indicaciones que hay en cuanto al nombre de los apartamentos. Tuvimos que llamar al hotel para que nos indicaran dónde estaban, cuando ya habíamos pasado por delante 3 veces. |

El personal de recepción mala calidad de atención, no esta bien especificado el hotel que era en la página, el refrigerador malo, ducha mala, no tenia secador, faltaban sabanas y no estaban hechas todas las camas, y tampoco hubo una predisposición a atenderte. olor impregnado a cigarro. |
