The receptionist/manager was helpful friendly and patient with us conversing in Spanish. The bed linen was a bit smelly, but otherwise cleanliness of the room was fine. The directions to the hotel on hotel.com were useless after leaving the motorway from the airport - we drove round Roquetas asking people to help with the street names (which they had never heard of) and eventually arrived at the hotel almost 2 hours after our estimated arrival time as a result. Also, we were unable to pay for the hotel booking by credit card as the PIN machine had broken down, so we had to go to the cash point to arrange payment. |

I thought it was excellent value for money. The rooms were bright modern and cool and the cooking facilities were really good. The pool area was really nice too. The staff were none exsistant after 2pm and the advertised continental / english breakfast was just jam and toast. Lift doesnt fit a double buggy however this appears to be the same in most places. |

Die Fenix Apartamentos waren sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht und sehr schöne große Zimmer.Sehr familienfreundlich. Die Chefin selber hat uns persönlich das Frühstück zubereitet.Super war, daß wir Mitten im Zentrum waren und doch in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße. Sollten wir wieder in Roquetas Urlaub machen, dann aufjedenfall in den Fenix Apartamentos! Das Badezimmer war nicht wirklich sauber geputzt. Der ganze Boden und die Waschbeckenablage war voll mit langen und kurzen schwarzen Haaren(Wir sind alle blond!)Zu den Haaren kamen vereinzelt Silberfische. Das war sehr schade, da der Rest des Zimmers toll war. Also sollte hier noch etwas mehr auf die Sauberkeit im Bad geachtet werden. |

La tranquilidad, la intimidad. Lo imprescindible dentro de la habitación, contar con servicio de cuna. Y la piscina fantástica, me encantó. La terracita especial, hace la habitación más espaciosa y no te sientes encerrada, es genial para desayunar, cenar allí con buen tiempo. Mi bebé ha estado a gusto, y mi marido y yo también. |

la libertad de que es un apartemento y puedes hacer de comer cuando quieras y no esta acojido a horarios que el servicio de cafeteria no tuviera horario de tarde y por lo que no habia nadie responsable en el hotel en caso de cualquier posible problema. |

la cortesia y el saber estar del personal que esta a cargo de los apartamentos, aun con la confusion del pago de la estancia siempre con un exquisito trato el tema del aire acondicionado podrian arreglarlo, simplemente con hacre unas ventanas en las puertas de entrada de cada apartamento, una cosa asi como un postigo de las casas andaluzas |

Tranquilidad, dentro y alrededor el hotel, y en la piscina. Bonitas vistas. Relación calidad/precio aceptable. No tiene ni de lejos la categoria de un hotel, aunque el precio lo compensa. La limpieza es escasa, y hay muy poca presencia de personal, al reservar, por teléfono llamamos más de 10 veces sin que contestara nadie. |

No se oye nada de ruido, al menos en la habitación que yo estuve. Dormimos todos los días con la ventana abierta. Está muy centrico y no cogimos el coche para nada. Como hacia mucho calor en Agosto y el apartamento no tiene aire acondicionado... el calor era inaguantable algunas tardes... Nos llevamos un aire acondicionado portatil de casa. Las camas eran un poco blandas pero lo demás muy bien. Por eso hemos puesto el confort regular. |

Lo mejor es lo cerquita que esta de la playa, en solo 5 minutos estas es una playa estupenda. Las habitaciones no tiene aire acondcionado, les vendría bien. |
