excellent buffet, staff very efficient and obliging. was dissappointed with the room, in need of refurbishment particulary the bathroom. have stayed before at this hotel and had an excellent room for a lower rate. |

Our stay was only one night, but our experience of this hotel was very good. the staff were very friendly and spoke good english. plenty of restaurants to sample local and international cuisine. |

We enjoyed the atmosphere, the front desk staff and everything about the hotel! The proximity to the beach was awesome, enjoyed the pool and hot tub. In fact we have booked another night tomorrow! |

Good facilities for young children, amusements just outside the hotel, lovely clean beach and a nice clean hotel Far too many flies on the grassy areas, very irritating - most people sitting there with fly swats! |

We all had a very enjoyable holiday, the hotel and facilities were excellent, likewise the restaurant and the excellent range of food available. Definately will return in the future. The entertainment programme was fantastic for all ages, likewise happy hour in the bar. We didn´t think it was fair to charge hotel guests to use the spa, sauna, jacuzzi etc, and at 6 euros a day, was a little expensive. As hotel guests, we think to use these facilities should have been free of charge, and to only charge people who weren´t staying at the hotel. Always had to wait a long time for a lift, and nearly always full of people. Air conditioning in room not very powerful. Drinks in the restaurant were a bit expensive. |

It was close to the beach, the food was really good and there was enough for every one,the swimmingpool was clean and the overall service is very good only the distance between the hotel and the Airport is a little bit to far and you have to take a taxi to come or go to the hotel price (51€) |

The hotel staff were very friendly, the spa facilities were very relaxing. The entertainment was not really to my taste, it was very much for the older clientele, although I am 43 both evenings entertainment was very similar. But this shouldn't reflect on the hotel as a whole, as we really enjoyed our stay. The superior rooms which you have to pay a supplement for, which are situated at the back of the hotel, look over the car park. This I found very dissapointing. But we changed rooms for a sea view, the reception staff were very helpful. |

The hotel is located on a beautiful beach. The room was very big The Hotel is full with old population, the average age is 70+ and the activitys was fitted to them. The walls are like paper and you have a lot of noise, also our room faced toward a very loud Taps bar. We had a problem with the light in the room and we ask for some one to come – until leaving no one came. On breakfast every day is the same, no variety |

Although appears dated from exterior, it is a comfortable, clean hotel, well located for the beach and local facilities.Very good for families as lots of children attractions nearby ie tourist train, small amusement park etc. |

Vennlig mottakelse. Det står klart at solstolene ikke skal okkuperes med badehåndklær, men til frokost så jeg flere badestoler som det lå håndklær på. Dette burde håndheves. Det tyder også på et noe lite solområde rundt bassenget, men det var kanskje rikelig plass på stranden uten at jeg så det. Det var sent da jeg kom og jeg fikk ikke sett hele området. |

Me han gustado bastantes cosas, el buffet bastante bien, habitación amplia, buenas camas, balcon con vistas a la playa, y mucha presión de agua en la ducha que me da mucha rabia cuando sale un chorrillo; también buena relación calidad-precio, personal amable, primera línea de playa. Animación por las noches en la piscina, juegos para niños. Ideal para ir con los peques. El baño bastante viejo, necesita una remodelacion. También gran cantidad de moscas, aunque esto no es imputable al hotel porque había en todos los sitios. |

Estado del hotel regular. Sin remodelación, solo comentar quehicimos la reserva "preferentemente con vistas al mar" , una vez alli no pudo ser estaba completo. Para ser de 4 estrellas deja mucho que desear. Las habitaciones no son nada lujosas. Muchísimas moscas en la piscina. Gimnasio pésimo y de pago. El bufet no es muy variado, mas bien muy repetitivo. Lo mismo en la comida que en la cena, patatas fritas, carne a la plancha, pizza, pasta cocida y ensalada... y siempre igual. Hay hoteles mejores con menos estrellas y mas baratos. Escaso parking en temporada alta. |

Las habitaciones son muy limpias, modernas y confortables. La piscina es algo pequeña para un hotel tan concurrido. Al ser un hotel familiar es bastante ruidoso. |

Pegado a la playa. La animación del hotel estaba bien, sobretodo para familias. Había alguna recepcionista un poco desagradable. Muchísimas moscas en la piscina, en la playa era más llevadero. |
