Trato/coherencia en la recepción.A Las 17 horas nos ofrecen para elegir dos habitaciones que rechazamos por ruido(sobre la carretera).Aceptan que nos vayamos a ver si encontramos habitacion sin ruido en otro hotel, pero quedamos en volver.A Las 17,24 recibo el cargo en mi tarjeta de crédito. Si no volvíamos a dormir el día 2, ni a pagar el día 3,el cargo por la reserva hubiera procedido el día 3 |

La ubicacion del hotel. Algunos empleados amables. Muchos ruidos a todas horas. A la mañana se escuchaban a las limpiadoras gritando por los pasillos a las 8 o 9 de la mañana. Mucha desorganizacion. Televisor de 14 pulgadas que ya no se encuentran en casi ningun hotel de españa. Pocos canales sintonizados. |

El personal que trabaja en el hotel es muy agradable. Iba con una bebé y tuve que usar la cama supletoria para ella, en lugar de una cuna. Está pegado a la carretera. El desayuno poco variado. |

il personale e' gentilissimo e molto disponibile. l'hotel si trova vicinissimo a pontevedra e nelle sue vicinanze c'e' "il convento" che merita una visita. |
