The beach location was amazing & the hotel staff we very happy to accomidate all our needs. It was very noisy, the shower was ackward & uncomfortable to use. |

The position is excellent, right opposite a beautiful beach. A "laid back" atmosphere in the hotel meant that one felt completely relaxed. The hotel does have an underground car park which, given the popularity of Canyelles, was very useful and we did not mind the extra charge. |

The hotel is basically the only place in the village, except for a four-star hotel. The balcony facing the beach was excellent, and the room was comfortable enough to spend time in. Safe and fridge were good. Some ants in the room (possibly unavoidable). Absence of a kettle for making tea or coffee. |

Checking in and out quick and efficient. Total cleanliness and helpful staff. No british yobs ! 16.20 euros for underground parking a day rather steep. Otherwise road parking outside very difficult. Some poolside beds need replacing. |

Close to the sea, good location, nice and quiet place, good for families with children, good breakfast. Room was not properly done everyday, bathroom had no ventilation and it was always wet inside, TV set had no english channels. |

Excellent breakfast buffet. Pleasant staff. Closeness of beach. Handy shop next to hotel. Walking distance to restaurants nearby. We managed to get hold of six beach towels in the end for myself and my five children, but it was a struggle. Would have preferred to have had beach towels in the room automatically. Cannot bring towels on plane from Ireland! |

The location was excellent for relaxation, and amenities were close at hand. The wifi service worked only in the lobby, I had to keep getting a code from the receptionist for it to work. |

The hotel was very modern in appearance, and was kept clean and fresh at all times. The room was comfortable and has a fantastic sea view. The food in the hotel restaurant was also of a high quality and the restaurant staff were very friendly. The hotel lacked a few simple things. For example, there was only one iron available for all hotel guests and no ironing board. On occasion there were no staff available to deal with issues such as broken glass on the bathroom floor which was slightly disappointing. |

Reception staff was freandly and helpfull. Really close to the beach, and even with a direct exit. Parking on site, but better to reserve, as it is small, and no parking nearby (at least really difficult during peak seasons). Breakfast is a war, with slow refills, and lots of people, but with a good selection of choises. |

The hotel is located by the sea and far away from the city center.They are renovating the hotel, lobby and the bathrooms are modernized but it seems the rooms are waiting for the next year. Our room was very old. The sound isolation is poor like the rest of the Spanish hotels, therefore most probably you will wake up to the morning conversation of the next door couple. |

La propreté de l'hôtel et du restaurant, le choix et la qualité pour le menu de la demi-pension, pas de soucis avec le personnel. Garage de l'hôtel payant, chambre un peu petite tout comme la tv, aucune boisson comprise dans la demi-pension. |
