Staff were very helpful. We arrived during very bad weather, Spain was on Red Alert. On the morning that we checked out, the receptionist made a call to our next hotel in Roses to check on the conditions there.Fortunately for us it was lovely and sunny. |

The staff did not seem to be expecting to me, but made an effort to accomodate me Poor value for money. Uncomfortable bed. Crowded breakfast room. Poor waiting service at breakfast. Poor parking options |

very friendly welcome at reception. The ambiance of the hotel was excellent as was the inclusive buffet breakfast During the night there appeared to some corridor cleaning in progress and the trolley of cleaning equipment was quite noisy on the tiles floor.Sufficient to wake one up. |

The staff were very pleasant, clean and comfortable room,nice location.Breakfast good. Did not like the cattle market atmosphere at dinner and the hot food was tepid. We ate out after that. |

que està centric i al costat de la platja, aparcament a prop, instalacions confortables. La poca profesionalitat del servei de recepció, poca flexibilitat i capacitat per resoldre petites incidències. Baixa motivació servei habitacions. Descontrol en el sistema de seguiment de reserves. La nostra reserva feta a. Booking.com no la trobarven |

La chambre avec vue sur la mer La nourriture,pas de recherche culinaire ,le buffet de salades = on se casse pas trop la tête!! . Il y a un semblant de variété pour les buffets: c'est du tape à l'oeil très basique et chimique ; ( même pas du vrai beurre! ) Pas assez de distributeur café etc...pour le pt dej; |

Tres tres satisfait.J Ai aime la pronenade le long de la mer ,la chambre,le petit dejeuner, et le prix attractif............Bien que j utilise deja ,en premier ,votre site, je ne risque pas de l abandonner . Le depart a 10h du matin, alors que le petit dejeuner est prevu de 8h a 10h . |

Oui ,nos séjours etaient excellents et nous sommes de revenirs une fois. Le parking devant l'hotel etait toujours occupés par le personnel au lieu de laisser libre pour les usagers de l'hotel et puis on a eu encore des remarques ce que je ne trouve pas convenable . |

Nous aimons être au bord de la plage, le bruit de la mer dans la nuit, le bon petit déjeuner, le personnel toujous agréable et à l'écoute. Ce n'est réellement pas grand chose, mais le parking est parfois plein. |

d'une chambre avec 2 lits réservé sur votre site nous avons eu ma fille et moi moi une chambre à lit double, après réclamation à la réception, ils nous ont changé de chambre pour une avec 2 lit simples mais beaucoup plus petite et avec vue sur un mur et d'énormes tuyaux; donc une réelle déception pour ma part. Cette chambre ne valait pas les 132€ pour les 2 nuits. |

Strandnähe ist sehr gut, aber in der Nacht wegen der Wellen auch gewöhnungsbedürftig. Parkplätze sind vorhanden Frühstück immer gleich, zimmer mit Meerblick in der Nacht etwas laut |
