Helpfull,friendly staff,well presented food,good entertainment,and very clean top marks will stay again..mr jj crumlish..not miss bolton. One thing uncontrolable dog barking most of our stay I spent lot of time shouting at it.otherwise no complaints.next time a room away from dog.. |

de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Het zwembad is ruim voor een hotel van deze maat en wordt prima onderhouden.. het eten in de snackbar bij het zwembad was matig. De lift in het hotel is erg klein en biedt weinig ruimte voor gasten met hun koffers. |

El personal, desde las recepcionistas hasta la de limpieza, ha estado muy simpaticos. Bueno, es lo mismo en la absoluta majoria de hoteles, pero lo digo igual - que la hora del desayuno no tendría que acabar a las 10, sino un poco más tarde. Hay gente que les gusta dormir cuando puedan y para tener que poner el despertador solo para ir a desayunar... No sé, pero hasta las 11 ó 12 tendría que ser una optión. |

Está limpio, es cómodo y el desayuno es abundante. Todo correcto. No es un problema del hotel, pero hay un perro en una casa adyacente que empieza a ladrar a las 7 de la mañana, y cuando estás de vacaciones, no te apetece mucho despertarte a esas horas. Supongo que tiene mala solución, pero quizás el hotel podría hablar con el dueño del perro e intentar ponerle remedio. |
