Bonne situation à,proximité de la gare et à 10 minutes à pied du vieux Santiago Formule de petit déjeuner peu transparente(quels sont les choix) et à prendre dans une caféteria publique mais située dans l'immeuble qui abrite l'hotel./insonorisation insuffisante dela chambre quant au voisinage intérieur |

J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel de la réception ainsi que la propreté et le confort des chambres. Des doubles portes permettent de s'isoler du passage dans les couloirs.Très bien conçu pour un séjour en ville et pour se reposer. |

hotel en restructuration, néanmoins aucune gene, personnel serviable excellente situation de l hotel en centre ville , parking securisé à toute proximité seul petit bemol le petit dejeuner pris dans un café à proximité ou la qualité et la quantité ne sont pas en rapport avec le style de l hotel, ceci devrait disparaitre des la fin des travaux, me semble t il |

the room was very clean, the staff was very kind, it was really good value for money my room was pretty small-well, it was a room for one person-and I didn't have an exterior view so I had to air the room by keeping the window open all the time. |

the rooms are in good shape, good value for money this was my second stay a this hotel, this time I could hear the neighbors (not hotel guest, it is not a standalone building) way after 12 o'clock midnight which was really annoying |

Very friendly staff, a nice room, with a little hall and a very big bathroom (with a bath!!!) which made it nice and spacey, very different from the usual single room, good location to visit the old city. I was unlucky as the person in the next room was snorring the whole night and this sound came through the wall. Otherwise perfect. |

Easy walk from the train station. Manager was very helpful. Not on a heavily trafficked street. The tour group staying there got in late in the evenings and left early in the mornings making a lot of noise that echoed through the hallways interfering with sleep. |

Friendly staff, great location and in a good price. They were working with the elevators and it was a bit annoying not to have one to go up or down. |

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and kind. Just all very good people. The rooms were nice and large. Not luxurious, but certainly comfortable. Nice for families also. There was no street noise. There was some light noise from other rooms. |
