La proximité de la gare où j'avais réservé une voiture

Chambre single dans laquelle on a rajouté un lit, ça nous a bien dépannés mais le prix est le même qu'une double malgré l'exiguïté des lieux.

Ayant séjourné à deux reprises dans cet hôtel, j'ai pu apprécier l'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, le rapport qualité/prix de l'hôtel et sa situation géographique.

I later found other hotels that were more luxurious, cleaner, and newer for better prices. I found that the description of the hotel on the bookings.com website made it appear to be a better hotel than it was. I also found that it was much further away from the Cathedral de Santiago than what the description implied. I left the hotel feeling that there was better value for money elsewhere and I was correct.

It´s not far from the centre and close to the train station, many restaurants and supermarkets in the area

Noisy, small room, poor breakfast

The staff were very friendly, and coped well with my complete lack of Spanish. It seemed eccentric, but was ultimately pleasing that the hotel was on the 6th floor of an apartment block. Very convenient for the station, and a pleasant walk to the centre of town.

If I hadn't been a city dweller, being positioned next to the well in the centre of the block, and in earshot of all other residents might have been unpleasant.

I feel staff think about customer carefree.

Good location, very close to railway for trips, easy on bus from airport and only short walk to old city. Very clean and staff very pleasant.

Position centre ville. Calme. Personnel bienveillant (mais ne parle que castillan).

Apesar de ser no 6º andar de um edificio, coisa que não foi publicada no site, o prédio em si é muito agradável e em uma zona central, não posso dizer que é no coração de Santiago, porque afinal considero o coração da cidade a parte antiga, onde realmente existem hostels e hoteis com o mesmo valor ou algo muito proximo.

la verdad que los empleados no eran muy amables, cuando llegamos habia un chico joven ,era simpatico,y muy majete, pero luego a las 7:30 de la mañana el domingo nos levantamos a desayunar y habia otra chica que era mas seca......., claro yo creo que estaba esperando al chico joven para que le hiciera edl turno y estaba de mala gana, pero ese no es problema del cliente, la tia seca como ella sola.....anda que podiais formar a los empleados antes de sacarlos al publico.
