My wife is sensitive to electro magnetic radiation - in the room we were allotted - Room 217 - she should rest and sleep all night! . This was the most important factor during our stay |

Most things; great location, helpful staff, good buffet breakfast. 5 star rating is wrong - they also had (good) tourist coach parties and this reflects buffet style - dinner was only buffet too!! Never seen in a 5* |

Rooms well appointed and lots of toiletries provided. Staff were very polite and obliging. We needed to leave before breakfast time to catch our train back to Madrid. We asked if coffee could be provided before we left and were pleasantly surprised to be served a lovely breakfast in the lobby. A nice touch. |

Everything was perfect. And a great value for money. Close to the touristic places. Large room for 3, really beautifull. Breakfast was amazing. For dinner a wonderfull buffet for 12,50 euros |

I liked the cleanliness and comfort of the room and other facilities. The views were amazing. The staff was also very helpful and kind. The buffet breakfast was also excellent and in a very nice restaurant. It was a short stay, but everything was fine. |

Large and clean rooms .Confortable beds . Very good breakfasts. Rooms along the main road are a little noisy during the night. A small boiler for a coffee or tea in the room would be appreciable. Not very easy to park under the hotel with a big car. ( nothing very important!) |

The hotel itself is fine, and the check-in staff are excellent, however, we asked for a cork screw and ice to have a bottel of wine we had with us and were refused those by the person at the coffee bar. that was just silly. |

The hotel building and decor are excellent The staff were not at all friendly, in fact the receptionist was quite rude to me. Breakfast was very unfriendly, no contact at all with the staff, we even had to make our own coffee and some of the fruit was mouldy, not what I expect from a 5* hotel! I would not stay there again. |

The central location in the city, the breakfasts are excellent, overall no real complaints, although the hotel is more 4 star than 5. Tea / cofffee making facilities in the room would have been nice. And the cost of overnight parking (16 euros) is excessive when there is free on street parking in the area. |

My husband and I stayed at 7 hotels in this price range on our trip and this was by far the best! The staff was very helpful, the room was huge, the breakfast was amazing, and the location is within very close walking distance of all the downtown sights. |

This was an exceptional experience. From check in to departure the staff and facilities are excellent. It is strategically well positioned for walking into the city and the undergound parking a bonus. All round a great place to stay with a price comensurate with what the hotle offers - breakfast was the icing on the cake. |

The hotel is very central, and there's a great tapas bar three doors away (on the right). There's no actual bar in the hotel, only the lobby, so the local tapas bar is pretty essential. |

The hotel was spacious and very pleasant and well situated to visit the historic center on foot. There were cobwebs in the ceiling corners of our room. |

The breakfast was delicious! The hotel is beautiful and close to all of the interesting sites in Salamanca without being immersed in the tourist throng. |

Excellent room, very pleasant staff at reception, and helpful in garaging car. Classical five-star European hotel. Mildly unfortunate to get to breakfast just after a 40+ tour group had demolished the buffet! Hotel had just one harried young lady on duty to try and satisfy the other hotel guests! Only 'slight' complaint - no "fresh Orange" juice ..?? In España - where they practically invented it? |

nice rooms, clean, easy access to all things... I paid less than 100 euros for a single room, I wouldn't pay more. The breakfast room is not good. They have nicer rooms, why not use these? This is never a 5 Star Hotel... |
