I liked very much it's location, the design of the buildig and the circundant area. I also liked the service in general. Not so good was the fact that, with such a beatyfull landscape around the hotel, we could't see nothing trough the windows because they were too high. |

Perfect location and easy to arrrive by car if you don´t know the city. Excelent price/quality/service with the summer fare in a big room. Don´t forget the restaurant ! I was quite surprising and we dinner outside. |

Very good location with park place for car. The restaurant offers a very special atmosphere (but is very expensive) Some rooms of the first floor have not any view. (The windows are just below the ceiling) |

I knew Hotel Casino del Tormes from living in Salamanca. Its location in an historical building makes it an obligatory visit ande there are many areas open to the public. For the first time I was lodged in it, and it is very modern and confortable. We had our own wifi modem in the bedroom and staff was perfect. |

Coffee and tea facilities in the room would have been very nice to have. The restaurant was so expensive that we did not use it at all. Did not like carpets on the floors, although they looked fairly clean. |

La ubicación del hotel al lado del rio y a un paso del centro. El personal muy agradable y atento. En general genial. La habitación, aunque muy amplia y confortable, tenía la ventana como a dos metros del suelo. |

Su ubicación, a cinco minutos del casco antiguo y enfrente del museo de art nouveau , la Casa Lis; y el aparcamiento, a pie del hotel y con facilidad para encontrar sitio. Lo mal que está acondicionada la habitación. Tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta en pleno mes de diciembre porque era no era posible regular la alta temperatura que había en ella. Las ventanas son más bien un tragaluz en la parte superior: no hay vistas y si mucha sensación de ahogo.El mobiliario de la habitación está anticuado, incluidos los colchones que deberían cambiar urgentemente. Por todo ello la relación calidad-precio no es buena, el precio es tremendamente excesivo a pesar de la buena ubicación que tiene el hotel. |

En general todo está genial. EL comedor es precioso y el desayuno, realmente bueno, con sus productos ibéricos incluidos. La habitación muy amplia y mobiliario moderno y nuevo. El baño muy amplio, cómodo y cálido. Importante: es completo, con bañera y bidet. Buenos productos de acogida y variedad de ellos. Tiene una zona razonable de parking junto al hotel. Disponen de museo histórico del molino. Está a un paso del centro, pues aunque está fuera de las puertas de la ciudad, solo tienes que cruzar una carretera y ya estás en la Catedral. Muy cercano al centro, pero te ahorras el bullicio del mismo. Hacía demasiado calor en las habitaciones y no se podía bajar la temperatura. Las ventanas en la planta 1, son altísimas(tipo buhardilla) y no tienen vista alguna, pues quedan como a dos metros del suelo. |
