Location was great. The hotel staff very helpful. The room was very adequate, I love that Spanish hotels have mostly wooden floors (as this one) carpets are unsanitary. |

Check in was prompt. Reception staff friendly. V well airconditioned throughout, with a well stocked mini-bar and an in-room safe which was no extra cost to use. I did not dine at the hotel due to the large range of bars, cafes & restaurants in very close proximity. I would stay here again if I'm lucky enough to return to Salamanca. |

Very well located right next to the main square. The room was spacious with an excellent shower and comfortable bed. The bar was just tagged on to the reception desk providing little atmosphere but hotel was surrounded by better alternatives. |

The location was great - a 2 minute walk from the Plaza Mayor. It was clean and the price on booking.com couldn't be beat for what we got. |

- Central location - Large room - Some furniture definitely needs replacement (broken lamps, old and dirty couch, table with missing glass) - Minimal service. A broken bulb that we removed from the lamp and left on the table was taken away but not replaced. - Dirty and dusty. |

We stayed here overnight after arriving from the US . We had traveled 2 days since our plane got delayed in NY. After taking the train from Madrid to Salamanca it was easy to find and we walked for the trian stationa. ( 15min walk ). Check in was very easy since we do not speak Spanish. We asked for a 5:00 a. m. wake up call which we got on time. |

Great location just off Plaza Mayor, but rather quiet. Spacious rooms in excellent shape - a step above many similarly ranked hotels. Huge, comfortable bed. Free WiFi on request. There was a problem with the heating of the bathroom. |

Lo mejor del hotel su ubicación céntrica en Salamanca. Lo tiene todo cerca lo cultural, lo gastronómico y cerca de lo que es la ciudad normal de Salamanca. El desayuno no era muy rico en cuanto a variedad de cosas para escoger. |

La ubicación al lado de la Plaza Mayor, muy cerca de todos los monumentos y de la zona de copas. La climatización, durante el fin de semana, bien, incluso calor en los pasillos., después, frío en las habitaciones. Difícil acceso en coche, se podría incluir un laño en web de como acceder para dejar las maletas antes de ir al aparcamiento concertado. |
