wussten nicht, dass wir mit dem Auto nicht vor die Tür fahren konnten, außerdem war am Ankunftstag keine Parkmöglichkeit in der näheren Umgebung,sodass wir unser Mietauto nur entfernter in ein Parkhaus einstellen konnten und mit dem Taxi ins Hotel fahren mussten, was zusätzliche Kosten von 40 Euro ( hin + zurück) zur Folge hatte + sehr umständlich war. Das Zimmer war sehr klein.

Great location, clean, friendly staff. Great to walk out and be in the Plaza Mayor and so close to restaurants.

The location is excellent, right next to the Plaza Mayor. Helpful and very nice staff, very good breakfast and really good LCD TV in the bedroom. One of the nicest hotel rooms I've been in.

The soundproofing of the room were we stayed wasn't great, we could easily ear people talking in the adjacent hallway. Having a bathroom with a partially transparent door (at seat level) isn't exactly a great experience... quite awkward actually. Other than that we only had a minor problem with the frigobar (started making noises at 6am one morning... shutting it down solved the problem) and the computer wasn't working (but we didn't need it so we made no complaints).

Only the location is perfect

It seems to be an old hotel with a new face! the floor is awful, the beds are terrible and the bathroom tub was unbeliveble!

To have bigger room. To have more TV channels.

Breakfast very good. OK to take small dog.

Bathroom a bit cramped, bath needed re-grouting, not enough surfaces for spongebag, etc.

The location was most convenient being right next to the Plaza Mayor.

Rather noisy at night at the week-end. Parking directions were wrong. The see-through bathroom door.

It has a very good location (right on the plaza Major). Our second room was even with view on the plaza major. Breakfast was ok, but nothing more.

This Hotel is too expensive for what it is. The photos on booking.com are not representative and we were very disappointed when we arrived. The lobby is very small and not cosy at all. But the main problem was a very aggressive smell from the kitchen, which is right behind the reception. This smell was even on the floors, but fortunately not in the rooms. There is no good sound isolotation between the rooms. We booked a double executive room, but received a very small room which was very disappointing for 96€/night (compared to other hotels in approxymately the same price range). After a discussion with the receptionist we received an other room which was ok (view was very good), but the room still not represented a great value for money !!

Perfect location right by plaza major. Good wireless internet connection in the rooms. The rooms are pretty small but who needs a lot of space anyway! Everything works well in the rooms.

If you want breakfast you have to tell the hotel staff the day before!

we did book a executive room, but had to pay 30 euro's plus to become the promised shower and internet in the room. Very small room, poor furnished, only one table chair at the computer table, that was all. You could not hang your towels for drying in the bathroom.

localization, less than 10metres to plaza mayor, its the only hotel in plaza mayor!
