Five of us were traveling together so we had 2 rooms (one double and one triple). Both rooms were very clean, had large up-to-date bathrooms, and each had their own patio (Room Numbers 1 & 2). The underground parking garage was secure and very convenient. The buffet breakfast was good, but basic - coffee, juice, rolls, ham, cheese, etc. The buffet hostess and front desk personnel were very hospitable and friendly. Free internet was available. The location was excellent - within walking distance to the Plaza Mayor. We would definitely stay there again. By the way, if you're driving on the autobahn, insert your "ticket" means insert your credit card. The hotel was hard to find and it would be helpful if the hotel provided directions. Not really a complaint, just a note that the underground parking garage was very tight. It took two people to guide our mini-van in and out of the garage parking spot and narrow corners. |

friendly staff - super room the garage is very difficult to reach - ok, down 2 floors but very narrow ramp and turns. in the garage, the timed lighting goes out too quickly. garage recommended only for a small car. |

Spotless rooms. Helpful staff. Free internet through cable access. Brilliant location and would definitely stay there again if I return to Salamanca. |

Conveniently located, but roadworks still happening! Stylish presentation for a reasonably basic hotel. Not a dislike, but very limited English by reception staff. Tried French, but no go! |

Very convenient, close to Plaza Mayor and restaurants and tourist attractions in Salamanca. Great value for money. Bathroom's shower fixture was broken, we forgot to report it but this should have been picked up by the cleaners. |

The hotel was brilliantly situated near the Plaza Mayor, it was fantastic value, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The room was spotless and the bathroom was extremely clean, the shower was amazingly powerful. It has 24 hour reception which was great as I was arriving after midnight on my first day of my stay. Would recommend it to anyone. |

The location was excellent, just a short stroll to the Plaza Mayor, staff were helpful, room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast buffet was good The free use PC for internet access in the lobby was so slow it was next to usless |

My room had only skylight windows, one with broken handle. The breakfast was poor in that there was lack of choice and overcharged at E7,Garage difficult of access due to onme way system of streets. appeared to be absence of management on site.Price altered upwards 10 days apart in exactly the same. room.Awful cheerless room grossly overpriced. |
