The room was excellent, clean, facilities were very good, easy access to beach and town Staff very poorly learned in English, not so much the maid staff, but the reception staff could have a better understanding of the language |

Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación cuando llegamos. Incluso con el cambio, nada mejoró. Aire acondicionado no funcionaba (en ninguna de las habitaciones), se indica que hay minibar y no es cierto, hay una mini nevera desconectada y que tiene un alquiler de 2 € para que tu puedas poner tu bebida, el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba en ninguna de las dos, reservamos una habitación con... |

nada por supuesto. En las habitaciones del sotano hacia muchisimo frio. la primera noche no habia opción de calefación y la segunda estaba rota. deje dinero en deposito para el mando de la televisión y cuando entrege la llaves en recepción no me lo recordaron y perdí el dinero. tanpoco me parece bien que la hora de salida sea las 10 en vez de las 12 como en casi todos los hoteles. |

Hyvät uima-allasvaihtoehdot lapsia ajatellen, jonkunlaista toimintaa/aktiviteettia lapsille. (päivisin miniklubi, iltaisin minidisko) Hotelli ei ole 4-tähden arvoinen, korkeintaan 3 tähteä. Sisustusta/ulkoasua voisi modernisoida, on paikoittain kulunut/vanhahtava. Esim. lattiamatot ovien edustoilla. Henkilökunta ruokaravintolassa pääosin epäystävällistä, toisin kuin baarin puolella pari erittäin palvelualtista ja ystävällistä tarjoilijaa. Odotukset oli kuitenkin kovemmat, olihan hotelli luokiteltu 4 tähden hotelliksi. |

La amabilidad y comportamiento del personal empleado, con la excepción del servicio de comedor y el de recepción. El aire/acd. muy deficiente. No existe en pasillos,garajes ,ascensores etc.-Piscina pequeña y mala.-Pocas hamacas y sombrillas . Comida mediocre y poco variada. Horario de comidas totalmente disparatado (ejemplo: la cena era de 18´3o a 21 horas), pensado solamente para turista extranjero. La bebida, no incluída en la comida, carísima. Las atraciones repetitivas y obsoletas. |
