receptionist was friendly,restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.Room was large and the lift worked air condiotioner was too noisy and on the second night of our stay we did not sleep at all because of drilling into walls(something to do with the patio doors) all night.the hotel is concrete and the drilling vibrated all night!!!!plates and cups were filthy in the cupboards in the room.There was no kettle and no instructions to turn the power on to the cooker.We had to guess. |

It was convenient location, right beside the beach and near the downtown area with all the bars and clubs. it was good value for money and adequate for our needs on a relatively short stay. The staff were very rude especially during breakfast and dinner. It is not pleasent being shoved from a seat for no apparent reason by someone who does not even try to explain in spanish or even greet you in the first place! also the cutlery and plates in our room were filthy and when we requested new ones it was completely ignored. Do not go for half board as food is not the standard one would expect, even for a european hotel. |

ithought the appartment was very comfortable and convenient for the beach supermarket etc and it was very relaxing . i did not like the fact that the hot food was not kept hot and although we were half board we ate out after the second day. |

Stayed at da Vinci Royal several times now.Food is above the average for Salou 3 star hotels. However you may have to warm up some meals in the microwave. Staff are good to excellant The facilities are quite good and entertainment is nightly but varies in standard but it is designed to suit all tastes. The rooms are cleaned daily and cleaners are very helpful and will work around your needs. |

all fine only complaint was room not ready when i arrived had to wait 40 minutes til 2pm when check in was 12 also the vacating of room at 10am is too early |

el precio Que fuese imposible dormir por tener la maquinaria del ascensor encima de nuestras cabezas.... Deberian devolvernos al menos la mitad de la estancia...Que tortura! Está bien el hotel en si....pero no se puede dormir, con lo que le anula todo lo bueno que pueda tener. A lo mejor si toca en otra planta mas baja y no se oye, pues estupendo, pero en la ultima...... |

todo o casi todo lo tienes a mano......a un paso de la playa.....los empleados( los que yo trate) muy agradables.no descarto volver. problemas con el ascensor, tienes que bajar pronto al comedor de otra manera desayunaras con margarina (la mantequilla volo) lo mismo ocurre con las cenas si falta 1h para cerrar el comedor, cena lo que queda. |

Los ascensores principales y las rampas ya que ibamos con un cochecito de bebés gemelar y no suele caber en los ascensores normales. El apartamento era bastante pequeño y con 2 bebés casi no nos podíamos mover por la habitación y el saloncito. La ventana de nuestra habitación daba al pasillo y justo en frente el ascensor con lo cual escuchábamos a todos caminando hacia el ascensor y no ofrece mucha intimidad. |

proximite centre ville et plage nourriture un peu juste et surtout bruit infernal du moteur de l un des deux ascenseurs au sixieme etage impossible de dormir (bruit de ferraille a chaque demarrage du moteur) |

Близость к пляжу, центру города, центральной автобусной станции и до ж/д можно дойти пешком. Вокруг много супермаркетов и при желании съэкономить на пансионе, можно было бы готовить самим. Возможность двух- и трехразового питания. Бесплатный Wi-Fi интернет (к сожалению, работал с перебоями). Улучшить качество и количество еды. На ужин всегда доедали то, что оставалось от обеда. |
