Location to Portaventure was very good, Kids club was good, Choice of Food was very good, hotel was very clean. The room was very small, booked a quad. room and from the pic on website it had two seperate sleeping area's, instead it was just 1 very small room, very disheartning. air conditioning did not work, walls were like paper you could hear everything that was happening in other rooms, Water in shower was cold 1 minute, then roasting the next, Front Reception and Bar Staff seemed uninterested and were very slow at the best of times, saying that we did enjoy our stay... |

Im afraid i cant think of anything unfortunately A member of the animation team recommending a bowling alley which 11 of us took taxis to only to discover it wasn't open for another 4 hours. Not allowed to sit out by the pool passed midnight, moved into the lobby area?! Very ''package holiday'' like. Very disappointed all round and am fairly easily pleased so thats saying something. Breakfast plentiful but awful! |

Hotel was generally in good order and clean. Breakfasts (buffet style)were comprehensive with food for all tastes. Rooms were a reasonable size with nice en-suite bathrooms. Common room/lounge was large and noisy with many kids running around. Had problems with credit card payment that took a lot of tlme to sort out. Would not stay in hotel again during any UK school holiday. |

Good value, food good. For a 4* I would have liked cushions on the sun beds as the plastic is most uncomfortable. If going in October be careful of room given as we were on corner with no sun and all the wind. They did change us for the last 2 nights. |

The pool, the location, near to Portaventura. It was clean. Good value. The repetitive food choices. The unfriendly and unhelpful staff at dinner. The fact the staff at check in did not explain anything to us, like where the restaurant was or that we needed to pay a deposit for a remote control. Also, walls were like paper, so you could hear everything from the next door rooms and out in the hallway. Shower would suddenly get scalding hot while you were in it. Air con didn't work. Sounds like we had an awful time, but it actually wasn't that bad! |

Most of the staff were very helpful: Albena and Jésus in the Restaurant. and Eduardo on Reception in particular. Half-board worked for us but was a little boring. Kids club, choice of pools, short-ish walk to beach, proximity to train station (Barcelona, Tarragona, Cambrils all worth a day trip). Very good value for money, and walking distance to PortAventura. room was small for a quadruple. Some of the reception staff were disinterested at best and I found that annoying. |

The balcony in the room and the fact that there was air conditioning. The hot food at breakfast was horrible. |

Nice hotel, good location, very clean, food was good with great variety every day, friendly staff, reasonable price for our stay. In comparison to other places I have stayed whilst at holiday resorts this hotel has been the best of the lot. First reaction to our room was that it was small..but we got over it. Shower often went from normal to weak and also from being warm to freezing followed by scalding hot, and back to normal. Jacuzzi was torture to sit it..bit too powerful. Deposits needed for everything! But we got it all back on departure no probs. |

Food was good enough, staff is friendly and helpful (however english language is not strong point). We were able to find free parking place. Most of all beds in rooms. They are constntly going apart. The Salou city beach is overcrowded. Better have a car so You can go somewhere. |

Excellent accomodation, great selection at meal times, not too far from beach, we had a fantastic view from our enormous balconywe had a fantastic view of pool and could see the sea. Thought rooftop pool and jaquzzi were a little too cold but the other pools were good. Huge chill out areas and ground floor seating was very comfortable. |

This hotel offers superb value, ideal for families or those travelling on their own. Let's be clear 4* in Spain is not the same as the US or even the UK but this hotel is very good. The staff responded to being treated with respect by providiing first class service from reception to bars. Yes some of the rules are petty but hey make your point and move on - enjoy what's good. Location - Good for beach /sea; exploring Barcelona (bargain by rail) and towns such as Sitges and the delightful Cambrils. Good for the theme park. Handy for Reus Airport - we were in our rooms with a platter of meats and cheese (having arrived late and provided by the hotel as we missed dinner) within half an hour of landing. Second time here and would return. Entertainment was, at best, average but it's not really our thing and plenty of others enjoyed it. Food was either excellent or average but always plenty of choice - hot and fresh. The spa and pool on the roof (adults only and a real plus for the hotel) was not heated and that would have been worth a star on it's own! |
