Near port aventura but was more like a hostel than a four star hotel. Service was inhospitable, beds were cheap, fitness room is a joke. Didn't feel welcome |

Absolutely no complains. The hotel is very good. Though we ourself did not participate there is a fair amount of animation for both adults and children in the evening. As this sometimes is a little bit loud this also might be a problem if you would like to go to bed early or have children. |

The staff were very helpful, rooms kept very clean, pool area and location excellent.l I felt as a family hotel the evening entertainment was average. I thought it was unfair that che children had to pay extra to play games in the games room as the overall price should cover all amenities. |

It's location is 10 minutes walk from Portaventura and 10 minutes walk to nightlife in Salou. The food variety during breakfast was excellent and the amenities too. |

Goede ontvangst, comfortable kamer. Prima hotel voor wie de strandvakanties aan de costa's als ideaal beschouwd. Te druk, de formule van buffet voor ontbijt, middag- en avondeten is niet voor iedereen weggelegd. Hebben herhaald moeten aandringen om een plaats te krijgen in de ondergrondse garage ondanks dat er plaatsen vrij waren. Parkeren in de omgeving is niet mogelijk. |

Hotel et personnel agreable Bruyant ,buffet tres moyen pour ce qui ont choisi l'option dp ou pc. Activite et animation tres basique pas d`'innovation la notion de 4 * est sur estime. Je suis actuellement dans un 4* a les cases d'Alcanar et c'est vraiment le luxe (hotel prive) |

Chambre spacieuse, piscine et spa trés agréable. Situation tranquille de l'hôtel, mais proche de la plage et des magasins. Buffets variés, copieux et de qualité. Animations nocturnes de qualité. Personnel de la réception pas très accueillant. Le wc de notre chambre n'était pas propre à notre arrivée. L'entretien journalier de la chambre n'est pas satisfaisant. En août, pas assez de parassol pour tout le monde autour de la piscine. Tout le monde réserve ses chaises longues et parassol dès 8h30 (alors que certains ne viennent que l'après midi) au risque de ne pas avoir de parassol ou de place proche de la piscine... Inadmissible dans un 4 étoiles ! |

La piscina perfecta, el personal muy amable, la animación por la noche, en especial para los niños, la cercanía a Port Aventura. La habitación realmente amplia, con terraza y muy limpia. La cena buffet era regular, el almuerzo en cambio era bastante variado (aunque el café de máquina dejaba bastante que desear). Que hubiera que pagar por acceder a internet. |
