Staff very friendly and spoke english that was very helpfull. wonderful place to stay close to the beach and just a beautiful place |

the hotel room was very nice, well designed, the bed was good, breakfast complete, good swimming pool staff was not at all trained to give any info and they don´t really speak english. they also charge for the safety box. I never saw something like that in my life! |

Nice clean hotel with large rooms and very new interiors (loved the walk in shower!) Very fast dsl in the rooms which was important to me as a business traveller. Tiny bit pricey for what it was but it is high season. This hotel is not in Reus, it is in Solou, a beach town (good beach though) about 15 minutes taxi drive from airport or Reus town. |

Habitación grande y bien decorada. Espacioso cuarto de baño. La habitación (salvo el desagradable olor a tabaco) es bastante buena. Fortísimo olor a tabaco en la habitación. No tiene una cafetería (que dé servicio a lo largo del día). El desayuno no está incluido en el precio. |

habitaciones amplias y cómodas, hotel tranquilo y sin ruido (aunque no hemos estado en temporada alta), personal amable y con ganas, y desayuno estupendo. No hay wifi en las habitaciones pero te dejan un cable de red. parking privado muy pequeño para estar en el centro (ojo con el coche, en temporada alta los alrededores son "zona azul") |

Les équipements (jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, salle de sports); la chambre (grande salle de bains avec baignoire et douche italienne, lit king size, salon avec canapé et table basse, balcon); la proximité du bord de mer et du centre-ville. Le veilleur de nuit était bilingue: espagnol ou catalan mais ne parlait ni français ni anglais. Nous avons dû lui demander des serviettes car la femme de chambre avait pris les nôtres mais ne les avait pas remplacées. |

j'ai apprécié la qualité globale de l'hotel , tout était impecable , l'accueil , le personnel , le petit dejeuner, mais surtout pour un hotel de bord de mer c'est un hotel trés calme , à conseiller aux clients qui veulent se reposer. petit parking donc trés peu de place donc il faut se garer dans la rue et bien sur il faut payer c'est le seul point négatif mais il est vite oublié avec la prestation de l'hotel. |
