Relaxing by the pool, very senic. The food was not great....maybe this is because the hotel was closing the day after we left. No Parking...very inconvenient!. |

We had a sea facing top floor room and the views were fabulous and the position of the hotel could not be bettered Yes. The air conditioning was switched off on the 1st October with temperatures in the high 20s and in the rooms it was unbearable. People were sitting on their balconies and roaming the corridors in the middle of the night because they could not sleep in the heat. For this reason only we would not go back to this hotel. Sorry! but they need to start considering their customers comfort in this respect. |

The wonderful location and access to all amenities both in the hotel and to the beach. The buffet service in the restaurant was very extensive but better quality and less choice would be better. |

Very nice location especially if sea view, not in the centre of Salou but 5 min on the bus. Very good foof (but nor coffee or tea during the dinner - only beer and juices, drinks are for free during the breakfast only). The animation is not loud so it doesn't disturb. |

We went there for honeymoon and loved that hotel. Firstly location is great. It's between two popular resorts La Pineda and Salou and you have some privacy because this area is not so crowded as at the resorts.You can easily get by bus to Barcelona and to go for the excursions organised by company Plana which are much cheaper than the ones organised by travel agencies.. Secondly food is great, wide range of dishes and very tasty. Finally the room is big and nice. we had a seaview and that was fantastic!!! Staff was helpful, Animation is mostly oriented to Spanish people but we didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel. We loved that and definitely will come back for our anniversary. |

It was easy to get to from UK. It was near enough to Salou if you wanted to go there but away from the hustle and bustle so tou could get a good nights sleep. The food was great and a good selection. Well I usually pay for my hotel after my stay and was surprised to be asked for an upfront payment as soon as I arrived |

Seesight and location. The hotel is placed in the calm part of the city Salou. But it takes just 10 minutes by taxi to be in the downtown. Poor room service, toillets in the hotel are very dirty, the swiming pool working hours from 9 a.m. till 7 p.m. It is terrible! |

Location on the beach, close to Salou and Port Aventura amusement park; beautiful view of the pool area and the beach; bus stops conveniently located nearby; good food. Overall poor service, or lack of such. The hotel is rundown and charges you extra for everything. We were charged for all 6 nights at the hotel as soon as we checked in! Hotel receptionists could not provide basic tourist information. The hotel charges Euro 18 to use the room safe! Rooms are poorly cleaned. No full/queen beds even in the double rooms, all beds are twin beds pulled together. Tv set is outdated, we never found its volume control button. We were not allowed to make an outside call from our room, had to use a payphone in the lobby. In the restaurant we could not order a glass of wine during dinner, wine is served only by bottle! Tea and coffee are not even included in the dinner drinks menu. |

We liked the hotel location the view is great. The pool is nice and the food selection was ok. The beds were uncomfortable and in the bathroom was always a nasty smell . Maids are come in the room , even if the "please not disturbe" is hang on the door. |

Situated just on the beach in 15 minutes walk from Salou. Perfect sea view from some rooms. Good buffet restaurant. Room cleaning not good, problems with bed-clothes and towels. |

The view is inbelievable! I've stayed in a few beach hotels but none with a view as amazing as this one! Really nice big pool and plenty of sunbeds. Our shower flooded out into our bedroom and into the main hall every time we had a shower, when we reported this each time all they did was mop it up, really needs to be fixed as it began to smell in the carpet in the hall way. And you were not allowed to bring anything into the pool, so poor Clare who can't swim wouldn't get in without a ring. |

it's beach front location suited us as a couple. The little coves along the beach front were idilic. The Hotels foyer was pleasent. The room was spacious and well equiped. |
