Having the free entrance tickets to Port Aventura park for the entire stay, for the entire family 1. Extremely expensive stay. 2. the staff is clearly outnumbered, probably due to cost cuts, therefore they don't clean the rooms every day |

Gorgeous pool, suberb breakfast and easy accessiblity to the theme park. Tiled floors, it was very noisy when people walked in high heels and pulled chairs along the floor |

Friendly personel. Location. Hotle obliged me to wear a swimming hat at the indoor pool!? I have stayed at many hotels, but this was new to me. My kids of 4 and 7 were not allowed to join me in the jacuzi!? I will not come back to this hotel. What we did not like is that because of a large convention, we were placed in an ugly unacceptable corner of the rstaurant. This made us not feel at home as a hotel guest. |

La amplitud de la habitación. La calidad de la comida. Las instalaciones del hotel. Cola interminable para hacer el Check-In (casi 30 minutos). Cola para coger el autobús que lleva al parque de atracciones, de hecho, al final volvimos andando desde el parque. Habitación en un primer piso sin ascensor, tuvimos que subir el equipaje por las escaleras. |

esta situado muy cerca de la entrada del parque port aventura que es a lo que normalmente suele ir la gente. ademas era mi aniversario con mi pareja y se portaron muy bien conmigo ya que me consiguieron una rosa preciosa por lo k les estoy muy agradecidos a los trabajadores del hotel. en el parking subterraneo huele un poco mal me imagino que tendrian problemas con alguna tuveria |

La habitacion enorme,el baño divino con jacuzzi y ducha individualmente. Hacer una hora de cola en recepcion para registrarnos y coger las llaves de la habitacion. |

La amplitud de la habitación. Es un hotel ideal para el verano, cuando hace frio es un desperdicio no poder utilizar la piscina exterior, La limpieza de la habitación, debajo de las camas habia pelusa y debajo del sofa cama que abrieron para los niños habia calcetines y peluches de vete a saber cuando. |

Nous avons été redirigé vers l'hotel goldriver 5 jours avant notre départ (un peu léger ! mais très satisfait de notre séjour au goldriver Je trouve que vu le beauté de l'hotel et l'emplacement et tous les décors et l'accueil que nous avons eu c'est tout de même dommage de servir des plats congelés !!!!! |

Impossible d'avoir le petit déjeuner avant 8 h 00 le week end . J'avais choisi un autre hôtel à port aventura.... Et ma réservation a été modifiée 4 jours avant mon départ. J'ai donc du mal à être objectif, peut-être ! |

L'hôtel était fermé à notre arrivée, nous avons du passer par un autre hotel du parc qui nous a placé dans l'hotel dernierement ouvert le Gold River, merveilleux sejour dans ce nouvel hotel , mais mauvaise surprise devant l'horel Caribe fermé !!! sans etre prevenu !!! Heureusement que nous parlions l'espagnol !!!! |

Cuando estás en el hotel es como estar en el Caribe. Me recordaba mucho el tipo de construccion de un hotel de Santo Domingo. Todo estaba muy cuidado y el personal era encantador |
