Proximity to the Theme Park and the service offered of using the room key as a credit card in the hotel and park plus the delivery of any goods purchased at the park back to the hotel at no extra cost. There is an area inside the hotel that resembles a lake that needs some attention as it is not inkeeping with the general standard of the hotel. Also the hotel does'nt seem to understand that guests that book from Gibraltar are British and not Spanish. |

Its location and facilities. Bth park and Salou. Booking had not been processed. Needed to wait up to one hour in lobby! Noisy at night in rooms.Floor had many long hears on it, even walls in bath room. We both have medium/short hair. |

i enjoyed the ambience of the hotel. the beach club was amazing. We had lots of fun in the park. the corridoors to my room were dirty but my room was spotless |

It's an Adventure Park hotel. The pool is ok, the room is fair, the restaurant not so good - buffet - and the food prices to expensive for the quality. |

The hotel's proximity to the Portaventura park was a plus. The children enjoyed the variety of catering facilities and they have a very good gluten-free menu. There were no direct links to Girona airport. I had to hire a car to get to the hotel. |

very little-they are not equipped for families with small children-very dissatisfied not good where small children-had to buy a kettle to make up bottles for the babys formula- the staff very unfriendly and unhelpful and was told at one point not to use the microwave to heat food for the baby-very very dissatisfied |

Everything was as we expected to be: great! Had lots of fun in the amusement park and staying at Portaventura just complemented a fabulous experience. Totally satisfied, will come back! The cleaning lady didn't seem to understand the environment policy and changed the towels every day, a waste! |

nous avons aimé la disposition le l'hotel proche du parc et de plus la disposition du site de l'hotel et sa piscine. nous y sommes allés au moment d'halloween et le parc n'était pas décoré, et dans la boutique il n'y avait pas de chose sur halloween, nous avons du allé sur un autre hotel pour acheter des choses sur se thème. |

El recibimiento en recepción, nos atendieron muy bien, y el desayuno, comedor alegre servicio amable y gran variedad de productos,,, ¡los creps con caramelo deliciosos! Supongo que es porque está preparado para recibir a muchos grupos pero la distancia a las habitaciones me pareció excesiva, mucho pasillo. También se nota un poco el paso del tiempo. |

es muy practico en cuanto el acceso a las atracciones,bien situado y bien adoptado y muy familiar y los niños lo pasan genial. el desayuno esta fuera en el exterior y cuando hace viento y frio y ademas cola de espera para entrar eqivale a un resfiado como minimo. y me gustaria mas variedades de rtestaurantes,y dar algo de personalidad a las vhabitaciones |

Su proximidad con Port Aventura La única cosa que no me acabó de gustar es que lo encuentro un hotel un poco complicado para encontrar depende qué cosas. Nos tocó una habitación en el ático y no encontrábamos el ascensor que llegaba hasta allí. |
