Ideal location for theme park and beaches. I liked the ensuite bathroom with extra toilet and kitchen facilities were excellent. Good size table and chairs. Ideal for family. Washing machine and proper oven with good size fridge freezer. Excellent! Great secure parking available but only one space per apartment, not good if apartment is shared with other driver. Otherwise, really nice apartment - also gym/pool etc available but I didn't find out until too late - not mentioned by staff. The beds and bedding were absolutely terrible and ruined our stay as we could not rest comfortably. Sofa beds had torn worn mattresses. The squeaking of the beds was a real turn off for all. Heating was automated and we were cold at night. Family did not sleep well, luckily we got a good offer and only stayed for 2 nights. If beds and bedding were updated, the noise from the other apartments and the fact the rooms needed a good clean before unpacking would not have been an issue - the apartments otherwise are lovely. The kitchen did lack a kettle. A few teabags etc as a small welcome pack would have been nice. I just needed sleep! |

If you print a map then it was easy to find the key collection and the hotel itself. Was idealy situated for the beach and most importantly Port Aventura. Found a fantastic restaurant down the road. The room could have been a bit cleaner but was spacious with easy parking and entrance. over all loved the aquaria, used the pool once (indoor) open from 5-9pm only, and that sauna was fantastic |

The appartment was sufficiently clean (have had a very bad experience last year in Salou), the necessary equipment was present (a dishwasher would have been a plus), the location for the rallye was perfect (for the beach maybe not so much). Private parking under the residence is a real plus. Safety is also considered (key in the elevator to get to and from the parking). Could have been cleaner (but was the cleanest we had in Salou yet). The bus parking behind the residence is a bit disturbing, drivers start up their engines in the middle of the night and heat them up for some time before leaving, and that was on the side of our bedrooms... The windows are not that sound-proof, so you might be disturbed by it (we were on some days). |

The quietness and layout of the room. Access to the beach, proximity to bars, cafe's etc but not near the main strip. Lack of cleaning staff, front office facilities, no English TV, no electric kettle, no sun loungers. |

The 2 level apartment that sleeps 4 reasonably but up to 6 was a real value for money. We loved the penthouse feeling of having a 3rd floor apartment. We used the apartments for a co-ed work trip and were pleasantly surprised at the wall-to-wall terraces and 2 bathrooms per apartment. Definitely stay again. No view besides the bus bay.We also found that 1 apartment was super clean, while the other apartment forgot to be cleaned and since we arrived late no one was available to contact to address the situation. |

Location is excellent & apartments are very spacious, modern and well equiped there are no sun beds - means you cant lie by the pool. Beds are very very uncomfy - very thin mattresses. Also, leaking toilet when we arrived, 3 days later it still hadnt been fixed so we had to move appartment |

General cleanliness, peace, location and ease of access. The gentleman on day of departure at front desk was very helpful and friendly, as was the gentleman who showed us to our apartment. Spa never appeared open, but assumedly due to it being mid September (hence a 'fair' rating for facilities), also one day no lifeguard for pool and front desk had no idea why. The air con broke on the forst day, with no idea who to call. |

We enjoyed having plenty of space, and the accomodation was much better than we expected for the money. The whole place was a pleasant surprise. |

The apartment was very big and with three bedrooms and two bathrooms a far better option for a family than one cramped hotel room. |

being able to relax at the pool but disappointed that there were no sun beds and parasols. It would have been much nicer if we had these rather than having to lie on the hard grass. The other facilities were very good. Having to lie on the hard grass because there were no sun beds. |

There were no sunbeds by the pool, but this was a good thing as there was always space to sit on the grass. The pool got the sun all day, although there were shady areas under trees to sit as well. The guy on the desk was very helpful, and let us store our luggage while we were waiting for our room to be ready. The fold out beds in the living area were not suitable for older teenagers/adults |

it was well placed in the middle of salou 5/10 min walk from beach and port adventurer, very close to busy bars and shops if wanted, however as a gated residential apt once inside very relaxed and quiet the pool practically empty during the day.. kids loved being able to use the pool of an evening when most hotels pools shut at 8pm no iron, iron board, minimal ward robe storage in second room, although very spacey was in retrospect a little pricey |

The outside swimming pool was great for the children, this was an un-man pool so parents/adults need to be with the children. The pool did not have a restricted time in the evening so it was nice to hang out with other residence at the poolside. the sauna was clean and inside pool was ok, just remember to bring your swimming hat as this is needed for the inside pool. What I also though was great was on arrival into the apartment, a small bag with all the essentials was placed in the kitchen, washing powder, dish washing liquid, dusk bin liners. Oh the apartment had a washing machine which was wonderful, TV, clothe dryer in the garden, two bath rooms. their was 6 of us in a two bed apartment, we had enough space to relax in the lliving room, All the TV stations were in spainish. this was great for my son who is learning spanish at school however i would have liked to listen to at least CNN in English |

Apartment was so spacious and modern-a lovely surprise. Kids enjoyed the pool and the whole complex was very clean and well maintained. It was nice to see residents living in the complex, as it gave a very family feeling to our stay. There were no loud noises at night - all residents were very considerate. Only very minor comments, as our stay was very enjoyable. There was no kettle or toaster - had to use the main oven/grill and hob (wasting energy). Maybe some info on the oven, as it was difficult to know what temperature was selected. |
