i travelled with my two grownup daughters and was pleasantly surprised at the standard of this hotel for the money. The food was excellent and or three-bedded room plenty big enough. excellent value for money |

That every evening there will be entertainment in the hotel. I was surprised that only a few staff of the hotel knows to speak in English. It will be better for turists that staff will learn and speak to them in English. |

Location is good. The food was brilliant. The staff at reception and in the restaurant(most of them) were very nice and helpful. Public area was very clean. I liked the power in the shower and no problem with hot water. Chiped cups and some dirty glasses in the restaurant. Housekeeping staff was very nice, but didn't do their work properly- 3 days we didn/t get any soap, shampoo and gel, toilet wasn't clean properly. |

The breakfast is very good and so was the dinner. There was a wide variety of food and the quality was very good for the price range. There are a lot of facilities in the hotel such as swimming pool, gimnasium, kids club, etc... perfect for family with kids. The hotel is a bit old. The rooms could use a bit of remodelling, expecially the bath-room. |

The location is fine with about 300 yards to the beach - the area is quiet where many Spanish locals live. Although there are several hotels in the area there are few shops and resteraunts. The Dubliner pub/resteraunt is just across the road though and you will be made to feel at home there. The hotel dinning room manager/staff were efficient but a little harsh when dealing with guests. The rooms require an update. |

lekker rustig niet veel lawaai gewoon lekker genoten waar ik niet te vreden over was dat is dat je aan de bar niets meer kon bestellen van snacks je kon alleen maar drank en chips bestellen en dat zou te maken hebben omdat het hotel die week gesloten werd en ik vind dat de klant tot de laatste dag dat het hotel open is moet kunnen bieden wat er op de borden staat wat er allemaal verkrijgbaar is maar voor de rest een goed hotel |

La proximité avec la plage ainsi que la piscine de l'hôtel et également le parc Port Aventura à 5 minutes en voiture, le rapport qualité prix très intéréssant. La qualité des matelas dans les chambres. |

1.Снабдить персонал на ресепшене информацией о том, как добраться до важнейших в городе точек ,чтобы они могли делиться ей с постояльцами (в нашем случае это были парк авентура и ж/д станция города) 2.как-то так наладить работу ресторана, чтобы персонал успевал убирать горы грязной посуды со столов. Ибо приходится стоять и долго ждать, а потом поглощать пищу в окружении объедков. 3. ну и качество и ассортимент пищи оставляет желать, увы. |

Zeer goede ligging, vrij rustig en vlakbij strand. Gevarieerd buffet, eten was algemeen goed, restaurant werd ordelijk geleid door de maitre die tevens ook de plaatsen aanwees. Kamers waren proper, algemene nette indruk aan de inkomhal, hotel wordt veel bezocht door spanjaarden zelf (september) wat een goede zaak is ivm eten. Al bij al goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en het personeel is vriendelijk. Iets verouderde kamers/badkamers, verlichting op terras werkte niet en kon/wou ook niet verholpen worden. |

La tranquilidad, no sé si por la época del año ya fuera del mes de agosto. También su ubicación y su entorno, no tan masificado com o en Salou por ejemplo. Y sobre todo, el poder disfrutar de la sauna y el jacuzzi a puerta cerrada para tí sólo. Y la comida. Las insufribles tumbonas de la piscina sin colchoneta y sin opción a poder levantar el cabezal. |

Хороший отель. Впервые остановилась здесь 12 лет назад, с тех пор мало что изменилось, что радует. Персонал очень вежливый и внимательный, кормят нормально. Удобное месторасположение. С удовольствием вернусь сюда еще раз! |

El buffet ofrecido en el desayuno y cena ha estado muy completo, mucha variedad y la relación calidad precio ha sido excelente. Tienes que esperar mucho tiempo por una mesa preparada a la hora de las comidas. La habitación huele demasiado a cerrada |
