Very good location, all rooms sea vew, goood breakfast variety, near supermarket and bus to other cities, friendly staff, not many children which makes hotel atmosphere relaxing and quiet on the day time. In evenings there is a high music in the pool bar until 23.00, not possible to go to bed earlier. |

The hotel employees were extremely friendly and professional and the location was excellent. The entertainment was appropriate. The furnishings are quite used and the all-inclusive deal excludes too many nice things such as decent wines, cocktails, food and events. We would only return if they revamp their all-inclusive deal and purchase new furnishings. |

Proximity to the beach. Nice large bedrooms with good sea views. Meal time arrangements were a bit confusing regarding reserving tables. Lack of parking facilities resulting in extra expense. |

Location superb,overlooking the beach ,B& B option worked well for us ----breakfast layout excellent --- we also had the evening buffet on 2 occasions ------very good and excellent value . Local shopping centre had a good range of shops and eating facilities --------also an excellent steak bistro . One Lift not working -------- one only working intermittently .--------this was the only downside ----------the upside was the benefit of exercise !! |

Acogedor, un poco viejo pero cómodo. buffet excelente pero el horario de la cena muy europeo, cierra a las 21:00. El personal muy atento y amable. Necesita actualizarse. |

Hotel muy confortable, donde lo más destacable es su ubicación en la playa de las Burras. El trato del personal es excepcional y el buffet, tanto de los desayunos, como de las cenas (comidas que realizamos en el hotel) son abundantes y diveresas. Los accesos al mismo, fuímos con un carrito de niño y es difícil manejarse con él, puesto que dispone tanto a la entrada como la salida a la playa de escaleras. |

Bra väder bra läge. Sängarna borde förnyas samma med tv , säkerhetsbox borde ingå .Dom har ett alldeles föråldrat system. |

mooi gelegen aan het strand, ruim buffet, goede ontvangst en personeel, alle kamer met zicht op zee, 500 meter van playa del ingles geen aangepast zwembad voor kinderen + tegels los, beetje verouderd hotel waar toch veel 65 + verblijven. Vind ook de omgeving verouderd. o.a shoppingsbuurt, oudere huizen |

Excellente situation, pas de route entre l'hôtel et la plage, restaurants et petits supermarchés derrière l'hôtel, arrêt de bus à 100m. Attention, ce n'est pas un 4*. Animations musicales autour de la piscine, jusqu'à 23h: chanteurs pitoyables, son si fort que même dans l'aile gauche le bruit des vagues et la climatisation poussée à fond ne couvrent pas le bruit. Buffet de petit déj plus que médiocre, poubelle de table avec sac en plastique sur les tables du restaurant au petit déjeuner, odeurs de nourriture/friture dès 11h à la piscine...Chambre: une galette toute plate en guise d'oreiller, bande de moquette tachée devant la porte fenêtre... |

Maten var suverän, rummens utsikt var suverän, poolen stor och varm, stranden är så nära och fin. Allt städas och sköts fint. Underhållning alla kvällar trivsamt om inte världsklass. Några få i serveringspersonalen var mindre vänliga, verkade stressade/sura och gjorde småmissar, som bl a: förde någon upp en öl för mycket på notan, man "glömde" den sparade vinflaskan från gårdagen vid middagen, hittade den till slut efter påtryckningar. |

La comodidad de bajar directamente del hotel a la playa. La mayoría de las habitaciones dan al mar y a una vista espectacular, La amabilidad del personal. El menú es abundante pero sin sorpresas, algo aburrido. Recomiendo todo lo que se hace en el momento y a la plancha. Creo que hay otros de 4 estrellas mucho mejores. Es un hotel de construcción antigua y con algunos acabados malos. La "animación" (especialmente los músicos y cantantes ) hasta las 10,30 de la noche te impide estar tranquilo en la habitación, ya que los altavoces cuelan el sonido hasta allí. |

Al ser tranquilo, estar pegado al mar y no lejos de la ciudad, lo hace muy atractivo. Solo funcionaba un ascensor. No tiene parking, y en la zona escasean las plazas de aparcamiento. Las instalaciones las deberían modernizar poco a poco. El servicio de camareros en el comedor es mejorable, las bebidas no estaban bien frías en el verano. Con la mejoría de estos aspectos lo haría uno de los mejores hoteles de playa de Gran Canaria. |
