San Agustín and Las Burras beaches are protected and well worth the visit.

Plenty of sun loungers, very relaxing Bar staff friendly but the service was appalling. We got our meal (poolside) and waited another 10 minutes for our drinks. Had to ask 3 times for drinks that were ordered!! Got the wrong change back twice. |

это был замечательный отдых в этом отеле! все очень понравилось. номера очень просторные, даже не привычно было. вид из номера просто потрясающий. главное сразу просить этаж повыше, с первых этажей вид попроще! еда на завтрак была каждый день одинаковая, но это не так критично. зато вкусно было! |

Trevlig och vänlig personal. Bra poolområde. Rena och fräscha rum, vacker och rogivande omgivning. Bra läge i ett lugnt område med tillgång till bra kommunikationer (buss etc). Mer kvantitet än kvalitet på hotellbuffé. Ekologiskt tänkande saknas överlag |

me gusto todo en cuanto a las intalaciones se refiere lo pase genial solo una anecdota con 2 camareros una porque se quejo por haber manchado el mantel y otro porque sin tener a nadie que atender me tuvo esperando mas de 10 minutos por una simple copa y cuando llego una turista extranjera la atendio a ella antes,a lo cual yo tuve que irme porque ya no queria esperar mas.por todo lo demas espero poder volver a repetir |

Tiene un buen buffet, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, y la limpieza de las instalaciones. Lo primero que tengas q pagar el hotel el primer día, he estado varias veces y la primera vez q lo hacen, q es tonteria pq tienes volver a pagar al finalizar la estancia, segundo que no habia minibar solo neverita vacía, y algún comportamiento del personal desagradable cuando son ellos lo que se equivocan al traerte por duplicado las consumiciones. |

las vistas,la limpieza habitaciones,e instalaciones ,la comida muy buena y variada Masificacion en las piscinas,no hay hamacas para todos.La guagua que baja a la playa no cumple el horario,sale "antes" de la hora que se comunica en el horario. |

Las habitaciones amplias y la vista al mar. Sin hamacas libres en la zona de la piscina. Sin mesas libres en la zona de desayuno-buffet, hace falta mas personal para atender a los clientes. |

Ya lo conocía desde hace años pero me ha sorprendido gratamente la amabilidad y profesionalidad del recepcionista y de los camareros del bar piscina La habitación de la zona talasoterapia está un poco abandonada (precisa remodelación) |

El buffet, las comidas en general, la habitacion y el centro de talasoterapia. Al ser unas instalaciones antiguas, las 2 piscinas son pequeñas ante tal volumen de gente. No me parece justo tener que pagar 5 euros por el alquiler de una tumbona en la parte alta del hotel, deberia de estar incluido dentro del precio. |

Me he alojado en distintas ocasiones en el hotel. No me gusta que se nos imponga el ruido de la animación hasta las 12 de la noche. Se hace en algunas habitaciones insoportable. No todos vamos al hotel para ese tipo de actividad. Yo busco silencio para leer, descansar...La piscina la encuentro algo pequeña. |

La comida y la atención de los camareros del restaurante y snack bar. La terraza de la habitación tiene unas vistas maravillosas Hicimos la reserva ahi para disfrutar del Spa que nos encanta, solemos ir sin ser huespedes es divino y muy completo!, pero no estaba en funcionamiento y no nos avisaron ni al hacer la reserva, ni en recepción cuando llegamos al hotel. Incluso lo comentamos en el check out y no hubo ninguna disculpa, nada! La atención de la recepción es muy fría e indiferente. |
