Very nice hotel nice gardens good pool facilities. You can go direct to the beach from the hotel. A great option if you want to chil out and then at night you have a casino and a boite in the hotel but is only good for older people. But you can take a taxi for 4 euros and then you are in the middle of the action in playa del ingles. The breakfast was very good. unfortunately my room was to the side of the road and therefore was a little to noisy. |

I liked the marvellous sea view from my room. Besides, the staff at the disco were excellent unlike most of the staff at the hotel. Unlike the weather, most of the staff are not very nice e.g. at the restaurant where most waiters do not speak English. No need to speak to them in Spanish, they will still remain rude. |

Good food selection at buffet, friendly staff, excellent location by beach. Double room did no have double beds, beds hard, old and need to be replaced, rooms decor dated. |

I liked the swimming pool and the staff where great. The price of food and drinks where very expensive and the room was small and could of gone to a different hotel with the same thing but alot cheaper. |

A lot of activities offert for adults and kids without extra cost. Directly located at the nice beach of San Agustin. The dinner and the new year's eve party at the Casino Palace were spectacular (extra cost). Kids are welcome. |

Maximum 3 stars. Star raiting means services. Self-service hotel. I am quite serprising, that at 5 stars hotels I have to drag matresses and ashtrays in pool area for myself, no one even helps. Room cleaning not every day. Pool area dirty. Brought caps and glasses leave for all day near your sheslong, New year party in cost of 130 eur per person, that hotel did not find a money even for small firework. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist nicht immer freundlich. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Der Pool könnte größer sein. |

La ubicación El personal es completamente incompetente y poco amable (en la recepción, en la piscina, en los restaurantes). En la habitación no funcionaba casi nada (el agua, la luz, el teléfono, la caja fuerte y el aire acondicionado). Además el desayuno es realmente muy pobre. Por tanto este hotel no merece tener cuatro o cinco estrellas. |

Bra pooler, mycker nära havet, trevlig personal och god mat. Vi bytte från standardrum med havsutsikt till junior sviter pga att standardrummen var små. Det blev då ett betydligt dyrare pris. Våra små barn 2,5 år fick betala halva priset på vår helvpension och det kan tyckas dyrt när tvååringen mest drack välling och femåringen petade i maten. Att små barn inte fick tillgång till spa avdelningen och att denna avdelning var ganska dyr att besöka. |

En lineas generales la relación calidad precio es excelente, la comida es de mucha calidad y muy abundante, el personal muy atento que te hace sentir como en casa y la habitación muy confortable y espaciosa. No, todo está perfecto. |

El trato del personal, muy atento. La calidad de las instalaciones y la variedad del menú. El espectáculo nocturno para niños era demasiado pronto para ser verano (20:00 h.) y el de adultos ganaría mucho si fuera al aire libre, no en el bar lobby. |

su situación delante del mar, la caja fuerte es antiguo, decoración antigua, la comida cara, sobra el casino,poca seriedad por que el hotel permite guardar hamacas de un día para otro y siempre están ocupadas aunque madrugues, nos han engañado por que necesitaba parking y no siempre era posible aparcar, el aire no funcionaba, la ventana dejaba un hueco de 1 cm al cerrarla por el vidrio |
