the hotel was central to main tourist facilities for sightseeing in Barcelona The staf were rude and unhelpful. The receptionists ignored requests and were unhelpful. I experienced 2 separate incidents which were unpleasant and completely uncalled for. At breafast one of the waiting staff loudly insulted a guest in front of myself and other guests as we were eating our breakfasts. I requested a move of room as on my second night loud music from a nearby apartment was booming and reverbarating in my room from midnight to 7am. This was not the fault of the hotel but when I informed them of this problem they were not especially helpful and I had to insist on a room change. The hotel is located of Las Ramblas in the Ravel area which has a decidedly seedy feeling about it- drunks and homeless people using the square day and night. |

In general it's good. The place seems quiet however you can't sleep with the window open because the street below is noisy. You have to sleep with the a/c on, which is not nice.. But I don't think the hotel can do anything about this. Fresh fruits in the breakfast buffet? (Although the current buffet was quite rich anyway~!) |

The hotel is right in the centre of Barcelona and within walking distance of most of the rest. It is clean, tidy and good value for money in relation to it's siting. Can be noisy. |

The breakfast was very good, the toilets very clean. There were lots of homeless people and beggars right outside of the hotel we were approached several times. The reception was shabby and dirty. Our room 233 was absolutley disgusting, small, tiny window, no hotel information in room. |

very central, easy to find, good breakfast , and pleasant room, except for two small stains on one bed spread (unfortunate). although we had been warned by other comments, very shocking and dismal arrival to see homeless drunks, drug addicts etc. on door step of the hotel entrance and garbage and filth all around the square in front. for a one night stay, we closed our eyes and it was not our first stay in Barcelona, but for first time travellers , very negative.. |

Location of hotel in Barcelona city centre, close to shopping centres, restaurants and good starting point for seeing the rest of the city. Difficult to reach by car, inadequate cleanliness/service in the restaurant and poor value for the money. |

great location being just off the Rambla but in a lovely little square that was very quiet breakfast buffet was limited - coffee was machine based as was the orange juice and there was no fruit. A small improvement in the breakfast offering would be well worthwhile |

Friendly staff, perfect location for any of the city trips. A group of people used to gather outside the hotel in a square with a few bottles of wine every night but they never caused us any harm |

From my point of view I and my family liked that the hotel was so closed to Las Ramblas and historic buildings. |

The room was well appointed, clean, and larger than others that I've stayed in Barclona. The breakfast was decent and staff was helpful. They did not have any information about the hotel services or how to connect to the front desk. In addition, the hotel did not have an iron/ironing board available!!! This was unbelieveable to me. The front desk clerk told me they were not set up to cater to business clients. |

position, friendly staff, spacious room the prices in the days of World mobile Forum were doubleded what was not in favor for tourist travelers, which pay the stay from their own pocket. other guests reviews of the hotel are subjective, is it true, that there are a closhards on the plaza infront the hotel, but they never ever in my 7 days stay and entries in the hotel in all possible hours, asked for anything. like they don't exist. |

very good location (metro and Rambla are just round the corner), quiet street no noise at night bland breakfast, no vegetables/ fruits which is a shame knowing that the market is 100m away, croisants were not fresh (prepacked) |
