Location was excellent for city and the sierra Nevada mountain roof top restaurant food was very good with magnificent views of the city and mountains.Breakfast food was plentiful of good quality and varied. Hotel looked some what tired and in need of a make over. Lounge bar was advertised as being open from 0800 to 2400 which never seamed to happen. Lack of Local information. |

Breakfast was good, staff were friendly The hotel swimming pool hadn't yet opened for the summer - despite it being mid-June. We felt that they should have been more clear about this on their website, as the swimming pool was the primary reason we chose this hotel over others nearer the centre. However they did agree to reduce our total bill by 20EUR, which was appreciated. |

i think it was in a good location,the room were comfortable the roof top restaurant and pool had a brilliant view just a shame the pool was closed .It was a good offer with the car parking being free. the pool being out of action! |

It was colse to the centrum and the price was fair. I am very suprised that this hotel has 4 stars, 3 stars would be much more acurate. The hotel was old. The swimming pool was small and also closed; they open it from the 21st of June, when the schools are closed. |

Rooftop terrace/bar wih superb views of the Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada. Short walk to centre and to lots of bars and restaurants. Particularly liked Calle Navas. Outside lifts with views. |

Very clean, excellent staff. Had a great room with a view of mountains and Alhambra. Excellent location. Google map provided did not accurately locate hotel. We had rental car and had troubles finding the hotel. |

The rooms were clean There was no coffee/Tea facilities in the room. There was no satelite TV. The pool was very small and it was closed. There was not much choice in food, the restaurant was very expensive. There wasn't any leaflets to tell you about any of the local attractions. I did not think it should be rated as a 4 star. |

Very conveniently located in center of Granada. Room was very spacious and we had a wonderful view of Granada. Can walk around the outside of the restaurant (8th floor) where there are tables and chairs, lounge chairs, a dip pool and fabulous views. Breakfast reasonably priced but nothing special. Parking is right next door and is included in the price. |

Quite close to city centre, parking available next door the room was a little bit dated, might have been 4 stars a few years ago, but needs some small renovations, ridiculous small TV, the noise from the waterfall beside the hotel was quite annoying |

Staff are very helpful. Car hire in hotel. Can use the internet at a reasonable cost. Food in Bars quite good, Plenty of choice at breakfast. May be could have some more tourist information on display |

The ensuite room was excellent value as we were 3 adults. The hotel is only 15 minutes walk from the hart of the city. The hotel could negociate a discounted fee for car parking as there are 2 next to hotel! |

breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied, food was fresh.good location,near centre but not noisy. Rooms are dated, bathroom dirty,mould growing in shower,fittings in shower not 4star standard. Lack of thorough cleaning by maids,needs inspecting by hotel manager.i would sack them if they worked for me because they lower the reputation of an otherwise nice hotel. |
