Breakfast was good. Hotel standard was good and more modern then some of the reviews I read. Location was great and very pitoresk up in the mountain in between 2 beaches. Especially receptionists are almost unpleasant and more or less ignore you. No brochure about the hotel available, no information abuot the surroundings and receptionist more or less very unhelpful, although i do speak Spanish. Hence just forget it if you don;t speak the language, even english is no good. Overall, very hard to get comprehensive information quickly about the hotel and surrounding precious villages, beaches , restaurants etc. |

Het was een prettig hotel met schone kamers en badkamer Jammer dat het personeel maar weinig engels sprak, de receptioniste kon wel engels maar het meisje bij het ontbijtbuffet niet |

El spa estava bien, el buffet del desayuno correcto i que estar en una zona tranquila. Es un hotel de 3 estrellas como mucho no de 4, la habitacion siempre olia a tabaco!!!! era muy desagradable teniamos que ventilarla cada dia. I pequeñas cosas no son de un hotel de 4 estrellas como: el secador de pelos que te quemabas las manos antes de secarte, la cama era como muy incomoda, la tele no iba muy bien, el minibar era gratis pero solo habia agua!! etc.. |

Todo muy correcto y conseguimos relajarnos, que era nuestro objetivo. La habitación y el baño estaban limpios y el desayuno muy bueno, abundante y completo. El piano bar cierra pronto y el spa no muy grande pero suficiente. |

Hôtel très confortable avec des équipements haut de gamme,piscine sauna, hammam,2 jacuzzis,salle de détente,salle de musculation, peignoir, serviette, chaussons, parking le tout sans supplément.le petit déjeuné et le repas diététique avec une boisson sont excellent.Conclusion Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Légère odeur de tabac dans la chambre à notre arrivée. |

Le spa, le buffet , le parking gratuit et son accès Aucun accueil , aucune information à l'arrivée , la chambre ne correspondait pas à notre demande (vue sur mer) alors que l'hôtel était presque vide. Nous avons dû demander un changement. Nous avons tout découvert par nous mêmes. Un sourire en trois jours ! |

El spa y el desayuno. La zona de aguas está muy bien y el desayuno es muy completo. Además, hay mucho silencio y las persianas al ser eléctricas logran una completa oscuridad. Pagué 142 euros por una habitación con vistas al mar y las vistas que tenía eran una parte del edificio del hotel. Se veía un trocito de mar a la izquierda del todo, pero pácticamente había que imaginarlo. La habitación era muy pequeña para un 4 estrellas y tenía un televisor donde no se veía la sexta y tenías que adivinar lo que daba en los otros canales porque era lluvioso. Definitivamente pienso que los detalles hacen que un hotel pueda ser valorado de 4 estrellas. |

Le prix indiqué était tout compris, aucun supplément à acquitter lors du paiement de la note. Accès libre aux activités acquatiques. L'ensemble du personnel du service restauration était très aimable et serviable hormis un jeune serveur qui était inefficace alors que nous sommes déjà en arrière saison. |

Možnost bezplatného parkování přímo v hotelu. Nabídka snídaňového bufetu. Na pokoji nejsou koberce, je jenom dlažba - to je OK v případě pobytu v létě, kdy je venkovní teplota +35 st. C., ale koncem října, kdy jsme tam byli my, by se koberce hodily lépe... |

la piscine et le jacuzzi petit déjeuner en chambre insuffisant, aléatoire. Le cadre est austère. Difficile à avoir des lits à deux places. Une réception froide et rigide. Aucun personnel pour venir aider au niveau des bagages et vous accompagner à votre chambre, encore plus quand vous êtes avec une personne en fauteuil roulant (comme c'était notre cas). Le piano bar n'est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Il ne vaut pas ses 4 étoiles. L'accés à l'hôtel indiqué sur l'itinéraire routier est très compliqué, car les panneaux indiqués n'apparaissent pas dans la ville. Il faut faire passer les gens par le petit perif en direction de Tossa de mar. |

Dårlig service, måste köpa "spa-tofflor" för 8 Euro för at komma in på Spa. Inomhuspoolen fick bara nyttjas 1,5 timmer per dag för barnen. Inget bordtennisbord tillgängligt, ingen billiard men snooker. Beställde havsutsikt och connecting-room - fick inget av detta |
