Fairly good views from the balcony. Bathroom relatively modern. We were mislead by the website into thinking the hotel was in Alicante itself. It was, in fact, a fair distance from Alicante. There was not much around the hotel, and the area was like a ghost town at this time of year. |

The hotel is literally a minute away from the beach, which is amazing! Really nice place friendly atmosphere just a short walk away from the tram station and a little town centre full of restaurants, shops and ice cream parlors. Very Spanish place so be prepared to get into the culture The room did not have a fridge of any self-catering equiptment which is a little odd for a self-catering hotel. The bed was not very comfortable i would compare it to a plank of wood. |

Location in relation to beach, tram and bus; swimming pool; garden with lots of birds and flowers in it; pleasant and helpful staff; balcony with lovely view of sea. Would recommend hotel only to people seeking v. basic accommodation who want a beach holiday and absolutely nothing else. Room had v. thin walls, v. basic equipment (no means to make tea/coffee, no hairdryer), some shoddy furnishing (tacky and badly positioned sticky-backed plastic in wardrobe) -- so not v. good value for money. Heavy luggage has to be dragged up to lift on 1st floor (no help from hotel staff). Limited possibilities for eating out in immediate vicinity. Apparently overpriced evening menu in hotel (appeared unimaginative and not good value for money). No information available in hotel lobby on surrounding area (restaurants, bus and tram links, the existence of the unspolit part of Campello) although when asked the receptionist took great pains to find out about bus links. Ugly concrete buildings throughout San Juan. |

Hotel represents good value for money. Although the rooms are somewhat simply furnished they are large and adequate. |

The cleanliness of the rooms and close proximity to a fabulous beach. For the money I paid it was good value but a bit of a shock when used to staying in 4/5 star hotels! The hotel is in dire need of refurbishment. Lots of peeling paint eg. both our bedroom ceiling and balcony ceiling. No lift to ground floor! No availability of drinks/snacks early in the morning. I asked for tea at 8:30 but was told either I went in and paid for a full buffet breakfast or I had to wait until the cafeteria opened at 10:30. No pool bar. |

Thought the hotel was very nice, not new but rather nice. Not as I thought directly on the beach and alone as per picture, but was close The only thing was the pillows! My goodness they were hard! |

The hotel was basic but clean and comfortable. The proximity to the beach was terrific. The tram to Alicante was just down the road as well which was a fantastic bonus. |

location near to the beach Poor facilities. The room was very basic. When we booked we were promised "a beautiful sea view at an angle from our own private balcony. A fully renovated bedroom and bathroom". The room was not renovated or at least there are no indications of modernity there. The ocean view is partial and poor. No minibar, no ice. This is a budget hotel but certainly not good for families and couples. |

spot. cleaningness. they start working in the stairs nearby at 7.30 in the morning (drilling and hammering). As there is no carpet, it makes it very noisy. |
