The facilities were very poor as was the overall fabric of the hotel. Other than reception the rest of the staff were unhelpful. Facilities, bars etc closed. Bathroom linen very old and tatty. |

The room was fantastic! Very large with a sizable balcony. Also, the shuttle into town worked out perfectly - runs every hour on the hour from the hotel. However, the drivers only speak spanish, so be aware. The pool was great too, and was quite large, perfect for everyone, with plenty of deck chairs. The breakfast was also plentiful, although perhaps a bit expensive. Also, plenty of free parking outside the hotel. Internet worked well once we got it to work. Would've been nice to have it in the room, though. I was highly disappointed with the gym. What looks like a perfect workout facility is actually a broken down nightmare. The gym itself is too hot; there was no air-conditioning! I had to ask the staff 3 times before someone finally told me the problem. And they never bothered to come & tell me, I had to go to them. Almost every machine was broken in some way or another. The cardio machines just plain didn't work!! Definitely not what I expected from a hotel like that. Even the rest of the gym (sauna, massage) looked sketchy and badly taken care of. Also, getting to & from the hotel can be very tricky. It's good to take a couple of trips on the shuttle to get to know the route. The hotel is located just across from the Carrefour. |

Was a nice enough room at a reasonable price, Professional staff who could speak good English. I think it's a good hotel for someone on business who does not want to pay big bucks, it also seemed popular with families. The Casino Gran Sevilla is also conveniently located - about a 5 min walk. Internet was not working in my room as advertised at that time.This was one of the reasons I booked the hotel for in the 1st place. (they said there was some problems at that time). The hotel while still in the city is a bit far to walk to the center, so not convenient from that point of view. |

El espacio de las piscinas y la decoracion de la calle de la recepcion La cama viejo colchon, el baño muy viejo, espejo y secador rotos, los saneamientos muy viejos, el agua sale muy turbia, la TV es supervieja y se ve muy mal, y la entrada a la recepcion olia a desague. Para tener 4 estrellas el mobiliario de la entrada y la puerta principal deberian reformarlo ya porque esta muy deteriorado. |

La relación calidad-precio es buena. teníamos reservada dos habitaciones para 5 personas, y nos dieron las que tienen dos alturas que son muy originales y muy amplias. Para pasar al hotel tienes que bajar obligatoriamente por escaleras, no tiene rampas ni ascensor, con lo que resulta un poco incomodo bajar con las maletas. |

el Holl del Hotel es bastante bueno asi como su Blody Mary las camas para los niños, los colchones tienen muchos años y las mujeres de la limpieza. En una lim`pieza no repusieron papel higienico |

El hotel por dentro es bonito y muy amplio. La habitación (duplex) genial. Necesitaría una reforma en mi opinión. Lo peor es que uno de los días el servicio de habitaciones se olvidó de pasar por la mia...y me tube que hacer la cama cuando llegué del trabajo! |

Tout y est grandiose: très belle piscine, hall d'entré impressionnant, la chambre est partagée par un paravent japonais et la salle de bain est séparée des toilettes. Service de navette gratuit entre l'hôtel et Séville. L'accès à l'hôtel est très difficile à trouver, ce qui est assez frustrant car l'hôtel se voit de très loin. |

Me ha gustado mucho la habitación en sí, porque tenía un pequeño saloncito y luego la habitación. En general la calidad precio es buena. En mi habotación el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y quizás debería haber algunos otros servicios en el hotel, aunque para una escapadita como la que hicimos nosotros es más que suficiente. Otra cosa es que el desayuno si no lo pillas dentro de oferta es un pelín caro (casi 15 euros). En cuanto a su ubicación, está un poco alejado pero es fácil encontrarlo (junto a Canal Sur) y luego llegar hasta Sevilla. |

c'est un hotel qui est bien car pas trop loin de Gelves et qui permet a ma famille d"etre a l'hotel pendant que je suis sur mon bateau . Je n'aime pas la différence de prix entre les différentes périodes de l'année : j'étais au meme hotel au mois de juin et la chambre était mieux et beaucoup moins chère . |
