Our visit to the Escorial, my husband had never been there. I thought a refund to my credit card would probably be impossible, since they had charged us in July. But I asked them if they could give me a voucher for another one of their hotels in order to avoid a total loss. I was told no. |

Decoration rather modern. Hotel is clean and breakfast more than acceptable. Ideally located at the center of the city. Definitely, no sound isolation between rooms and very poor quality of the matresses. Water pressure was not constant and shifting from very cold to very warm constantly. As usually with this kind of "negociated" prices, we were directed to a very small room above the hotel bar. This makes you think you belong to second zone clients. No parking within the hotel except the public one that charges 0,80 euros per hour. |

El diseño de la habitacion, la elegancia de todo el edificio, la limpieza, la cercanía al monasterio y la proximidad de restaurantes, etc. Poca presion del agua al ducharse, la conservacion de la tarima en la habitación (había cedido en algún espacio) y la poca luz directa para afeitarse o maquillarse. |

Su cercan´´ia al centro hist´´orico de El Escorial Una silla de pl´´astico para sentarse. El otro acompañante ten´´ia que estar acostado o sentado en la cama. El aparcar est´´a muy mal. |

Su posición estratégica, cerca y lejos, de Madrid. Y las Vistas desde las terrazas. La atención del persona fue muy correcta, pese a que eramos muchos, y con planteamientos extravagantes. En general, la obra realizada es regular; Puertas que no cierran, paredes demasiado finas, suelo tipo baldosas imitacion madera mal encajadas. |

La tranquilidad dentro del hotel. Y las instalaciones, tan modernas. El sábado por la noche, después de cenar en centro urbano, volvimos al hotel para tomarnos una copa tranquilamente en la estupenda terraza que hay en el exterior... Llegamos a las 12.10h y nos llevamos una sorpresa al ver que ya no podíamos... ni siquiera el bar estaba abierto. |

A tranquilidade do sítio, o pequeno almoço, a piscina, e o facto de ter bons restaurantes perto. Falta de estacionamento próprio, as fotos do hotel no site não correspondem á realidade: mostram uma área de jardim grande á volta da piscina, quando na realidade existe pouco espaço e pouca camas.Tendo em conta a sua reputação esperava mais luxo neste hotel, principalmente no hall da recepção. |

El desayuno estaba bien, también las partes comunes y la ubicación. La habitación que nos dieron a la llegada, pedimos una habitación con cama de matrimonio y nos pareció inadecuada para un hotel de 4 estrellas. El cuarto de baño era ridículo y parecía mas propio de una pensión |

Habitaciones muy agradables. No tiene parking, solo uno cercano pero sin ningún precio especial por estar alojado en el hotel. El agua de la ducha no sale caliente de forma regular. |

Comodidad, limpieza, proximidad al Monasterio de San Lorenzo y muy buenas comunicaciones con Madrid En este sentido mi comentario es siempre el mismo ¿por qué en el minibar nunca hay refrescos sin azucar para que los diabéticos podamos tomar algo más que agua?. Es una carencia generalizada en todos los hoteles. |

Ein schönes Zimmer mit einem Balkon von dem aus man am Abend die Lichter von Madrit sehen konnte. Der Swimmingpool bietete, nach dem sehr heißen Tag, die ideale Erfrischung. Das Internet konnte nur mit Kreditkarte benutzt werden. Das Frühstückbuffet war etwas bescheiden. |
