Conforme au descriptif. Appartements modernes, très spacieux, confortables et bien équipés avec une jolie vue, très dégagée dans les appartements près de la mer. Réactions aux demandes très rapides, personnel avenant, réception en français parfait. Il est pratique de loger dans ces appartements tout en bénéficiant des installations de l'hôtel jumelé. Les buffets sont très corrects et les salles peu bruyantes. Le parking public d'à côté est gratuit et pratique. Un tout nouveau simulateur de golf vient d'être installé, très réaliste, avec un coach pour des leçons de perfectionnement (40€/heure) et il y a deux golfs à proximité. A recommander pour vacances ou affaires.

Une seule chaine de télévision française : arte. Quelques avions qui ne sont pas gênants à l'atterrissage (cas le plus fréquent) mais bruyants au décollage évidemment (rare, mais cela dépend du vent bien sûr).

Nous avons aime que l' appartement offre a la fois confort et detente avec un budget interessant. L' avantage aussi c'est qu'il est situe face a la mer, a proximite des commerces, des villes touristiques telles que las americas, adeje etc... et pas loin de l' aeroport sud

The location was good, the hotel is new and with good arrangements. The apartment was well refurbished and the kitchen eqipments were good.

It was surprising that 5EUR had to be paid for using the fitness and sauna area although it is on the home page that this can be used. No indication that usage is charged. Other facilities like the Beach Club usage could be arranged just at the parent Hotel. (Our entrace card what we received at the apartment hotel was broken we had to go to the parent hotel to fix it. )

Stunning view from apartment over marina and ocean. Apartments were spacious, had a large balcony and decent appliances / facilities. Close to two golf courses.

Most restuarants nearby had same menu and their food not great (except very good oriental/ tappin yaki restuarant) + local shop much dearer than out of complex supermarket. Otherwise very good hotel / value for money.

Don't be tempted by the low price of the meal! The dining room and the meal served there is terrible.

Very big rooms, nice design, all sea view, seperate bedroom, best i ever seen in Tenerife, exept Grand Hotel of corse, and the price unbeliwably low for the quality.

Apartments are very specious and as it is a brand new hotel, everything looks new and it is really comfortable. All rooms have a fantastic sea view, local area is also gorgeous.

There is not wi-fi internet at all !! even it says at the booking that it is available at common areas (lobby) and it is free of charge....

Very attractive design. Rooms were spacious, very contemporary feel. Good beds, great bathroom, big balcony looking out to sea. Excellent value for money - would highly reccomend.

Very nice and clean apartments, area more for older tourists than young people. Good food in the hotel as well as in near restaurants

lack of basic tools in the kitchen. The property is just few steps from the sea but there`s no beach.

Alles zag er keurig uit, het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De kamers werden elke dag schoongemaakt, handdoeken en linnengoed verschoond.
