Het dinerbuffet was smakeloos, wel veel (teveel) keuze maar niet warm genoeg en zeker geen culinaire aanrader. |

Heel mooi gelegen en rustige buurt. Ontbijtbuffet zeer goed in het nieuwe gedeelte. Kamers zijn heel ruim en netjes.Dichtbij de vlieghaven gelegen, maar toch niet storend. De kinderen vonden de animatie heel leuk. Huurwagen is wel aangeraden. De laatste 2 dagen was het ontbijt niet meer in het nieuwe gedeelte, maar in het hotel. Dat vonden we iets minder. |

Alles zag er keurig uit, het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De kamers werden elke dag schoongemaakt, handdoeken en linnengoed verschoond. |

Groot met aparte slaapkamer, schoon, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, leuke ligging aan strandje met restaurants. Ook goed hotelrestaurant met uitgebreid buffet. Zwembad met ligstoelen en parasols. Zwembadwater was zout |

Mooi zwembad (lichtzout water) met bedjes en parasolletjes, uitzicht op zee, prima uitgebreid ontbijt, mooie schone en grote appartementen! Een mooie locatie om te ontspannen en/of van hieruit Tenerife te verkennen (een auto huren is een aanrader). Helaas wel last gehad van kakkerlakken, maar toen is de kamer meteen grondig schoongemaakt en kregen we een spuitbus om het ongedierte te bestrijden. Gelukkig daarna geen last meer gehad! Dat heeft niets te maken met de kwaliteit van het appartement, die beestjes leven er nou eenmaal in grote aantallen. |

Zeer ruim comfortabel appartement, prima restaurant. een aantal kleine defecten in het appartement: sluiting douchedeur, slot balkondeur, deksel prullenbak, lamp badkamer. |

We hebben dit hotel heel goedkoop geboekt, en dat was een absolute aanrader. Ideaal ook voor een eerste of laatste nacht van een vakantie, omdat het vlak bij de luchthaven (Sur) is. |

Comfort of the appartments, sea view, large pools, great view, convinience. No parking (everyday hunting for the space for the car). Half pension of not great value (a lot of food, but possibly better option is to visit one of the reastaurants near by), and breakfasts are rather targeting anglosaxon taste. Proximity of the airport may disturb some people. |

The location was good, the hotel is new and with good arrangements. The apartment was well refurbished and the kitchen eqipments were good. It was surprising that 5EUR had to be paid for using the fitness and sauna area although it is on the home page that this can be used. No indication that usage is charged. Other facilities like the Beach Club usage could be arranged just at the parent Hotel. (Our entrace card what we received at the apartment hotel was broken we had to go to the parent hotel to fix it. ) |

Hotel is very big & rather clean. Rooms were big & very nice. Nice pools (5) outside. OK for calm & quit holidays. Around 10 (touristic) restaurants in the neighbourhood. Breakfast buffet in hotel OK. Hotel is difficult to find. Very small city & not a lot to do. You need a car, otherwise you are very isolated. Household personel rather unfriendly. Baby pool outside rather cold; inside OK (28°). |

found it strange not having a kettle and not having any tea towels to dry the cutlery but we survived.Other wise we would definately stay at this hotel again. |

Stunning view from apartment over marina and ocean. Apartments were spacious, had a large balcony and decent appliances / facilities. Close to two golf courses. Most restuarants nearby had same menu and their food not great (except very good oriental/ tappin yaki restuarant) + local shop much dearer than out of complex supermarket. Otherwise very good hotel / value for money. |

Quiet situation with wonderful sea views and a clean pool, apartments quite large, though furnishings maybe a little sparse. Facilities, gardens, pool, staff etc all very good. Would certainly stay there again. No kettle. An extra charge for tv seemed trivial. |

Very big rooms, nice design, all sea view, seperate bedroom, best i ever seen in Tenerife, exept Grand Hotel of corse, and the price unbeliwably low for the quality. |

Apartments are very specious and as it is a brand new hotel, everything looks new and it is really comfortable. All rooms have a fantastic sea view, local area is also gorgeous. There is not wi-fi internet at all !! even it says at the booking that it is available at common areas (lobby) and it is free of charge.... |

Very attractive design. Rooms were spacious, very contemporary feel. Good beds, great bathroom, big balcony looking out to sea. Excellent value for money - would highly reccomend. |

Very nice and clean apartments, area more for older tourists than young people. Good food in the hotel as well as in near restaurants lack of basic tools in the kitchen. The property is just few steps from the sea but there`s no beach. |

качество апартаментов, местоположение безразличный ресепшн( ничего не объясняет о тв, и др.) завтрак в другом здании, завтрак очень невкусный, шум в отеле после 23.00, уборка номеров в неудобное время с 10.00 не успеваешь собраться после завтрака. нет ежедневной смены полотенец,, и самое главное see view есть фронтальное и есть боковое. всем дают боковое, хотя в предпочтениях указано фронтальное. нельзя подвезти вещи ко входу в отель, несмотря на отсутствие парковки. |
