rooms and bathroom were excellent size-breakfast buffet was lovely the location was most difficult to find-not on TomTom-location is far from restaurants, etc. cost about 20 euros to get over to Marbella. Spa wasnt open-off season, there is nothing going on at this hotel |

The room was excellent, very large and was very clean. The breakfast was also excellent with a great deal of choice and the most variety of cooked options i have come across in a Eurpoean hotel. |

The size of the suite and the bathroom was good and the bed very comfortable; the width of the balcony was disappointing. The hotel did not meet our expectations. We were surprised at the rudeness of the breakfast staff and general 'could not careless attitude'. The airconditioning in the suite was ineffective, not going below 28 degrees. Despite having booked for 3 nights, we checked out after 1 night and found an alternative hotel that we can certainly recommend. |

mala limpieza, he estado dos veces, por eso de dar una segunda oprtunidad y la limpieza del baño brillaba por su ausencia. En el comedor poco personal por lo que sobre todo en los desayunos te toca esperar a que te preparen mesa porque no dan a basto para colocar todo . |

Grosses Zimmer mit Balkon gegen den Pool. Als der Abfluss des Wasserbeckens im Bad verstopft war und eine Birne defekt war, wurde der Mangel innert sehr kurzer Zeit behoben. An einem Tag wurde das Zimmer nicht geputzt und die Betten nicht gemacht. Schade, dass es den Busservice zu Strand im September nicht mehr gibt. Letztes Jahr war der im September noch in Betrieb und einer der Gründe, warum wir das Barcelo wieder gebucht haben. |

El personal es amable y atento, facil de llegar y la posibilidad de tener parking "aunque es un poco pestiño el tener que validar cada vez el ticket, si se coge parking, deberian de metertelo en el precio y nada de validaciones de tickets" El ruido de los pasillos. Al no tener alfombras ni moquetas... cualquier ruido en el, retumba. Pero por lo demás... todo bien. |

Zeer mooie lokatie tussen de golfterreinen met een mooi zicht vanaf ons balkon. Een prachtig zwembad met een apart brubbelbad en een bad voor de kleine kinderen. Zowel het ontbijtbuffet als het dinerbuffet is uitgebreid, verzorgd en lekker. Je komt er niets tekort. Minder goede akoestiek. Ook de lange gangen zorgen ervoor dat je de pech kunt hebben dat iedereen langs je kamer moet passeren om naar hun kamer te gaan. Het hotel is niet op wandelafstand van het strand. |

El hall del hotel. Habitación amplia.El desayuno buenísimo en cuanto a variedad y calidad. Hay flexibilidad en los horarios de desayuno y uso de la piscina. Nos permitieron hacer el check in antes de la hora estipulada. La piscina gustosísima. Terraza en todas las habitaciones amplia y relajante. El entorno en general muy confortable. Muchos jardines y campos de golf. Está ubicado en una zona residencial. No había mando a distancia de la TV y no nos lo llevaron a pesar de solicitarlo. La puerta del armario en el que estaba ubicada la TV tenía una puerta descolgada. Poca iluminación en el cuarto de baño. |

O quarto e varanda espaçosos, o serviço de pequeno almoço, a limpeza da casa de banho Mudar os funcionários da recpeção: mal educados, nada simpáticos, nada eficientes e pouco sérios pois quiseram fazer uma fraude- diziam desconhecer a reserva, insistiam que teríamos de dar o cartão de crédito, sempre muito mal educados. Quando pedimos livro de reclamações, sugeriram que não pagaríamos as 3 noites marcadas, mas apenas 2, por termos chegado às 6 da manhã, mas sem pedirem desculpa pela não eficiência. Claro que pagámos as 3 noites reservadas e deixamos reclação registada no livro de reclamações do hotel. |

Het hotelpersoneel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam dit geld zowel voor de receptie als voor de horeca. De kamers zijn groot,schoon en comfortabel. Door de groepen met golfers/vrienden is het soms later in de avond/nacht wat lawaaierig en luidruchtig als ze thuis komen uit de stad. |
