I liked the huge Spa area and the large lounges around the hotel. The Buffet restaurant... which at a price of 20 euro per adult, did not offer enough variety of food. The quality of the dishes, especially the different meats was not really good (over-steam-cooked). For me, definitely not worth the money. |

Breakfast was outstanding, with a nice choice of fruits, good service and rapid replenishment of every food and drink. Only one negative remark: so bad orange juice it can't be called juice. For those who are looking for summer holidays it is a shame the main outdoor swimming pool is on the shade the most part of the day. It is also inconceivable there is no restrictions to access the spa with your own beach sandals, so the spa is poorly clean. |

The spa pools were fantastic,excellent amenities available to you for a truly relaxing break. spacius & luxury jnior suites, excellent breakfasts and close enough to cyle or 20min walk to the beach, also only 10mins walk to san Pedro's tavernas, relaxing escape. Only niggling pooints : Not enough wardobe space, outdoor pool area smaller than expected and quite slippy at times, buffet food in the evening very average and left out for a long time.Howvever - Could easily be a 5* hotel, the langauage barrier slightly dificult as we only speak 'guidebook' spanish but all in all a fantastic time we had! |

the staff were excellent, varity of food excellent, location very good in relation to the lagoon, but shops and bars too far away a car would be required unless you enjoy walking as the town and bars are approx 25 mins walk away, food excellent but often laid out for the start of breakfast, lunch or dinner therefore was cold as the facilities for keeping it warm were poor and the food had been laid out too long, Due to the location to have a good montain bicycle selection would have been benifical |

the staff at the hotel were very attentive when we asked for additional pillows to be provided and they delivered them within 10-15 minutes |

The Spa. The Spa is one swimming pool that means that is not really relax because the water is always in movement... I didn't like really much the salt in the water (is sea water) but with more salt. Also the food on breakfast was not the best |

The room was OK, and the night porter on arrival wasgood, as was the day porter. the reception staff were very rude and unhelpful, and i would not stay again. read above comments, in addition all the spa stuff was extra, and very expensive, and the staff there were very grumpy. |

It was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Food was first class and the service excellent. We had an inward facing room which did not get any sun on the balcony. |

The bedroom and bathroom were excellent and the whole place was very clean and tidy. The spa facilities looked excellent but we did not have enough time to try them out. Service at the buffet breakfast was poor. There did not seem to be enough staff to cope with the numbers resulting in long queues and food not being replenished. There was a large variety of food but the hot items were only just warm. |

Staff (and cleaning Personnel) cheerful and helpful. Very disappointing. I had read reviews on Trip Advisor before going - and just hoped they would be wrong. The Management really needs to sort out the Breakfasts. The cooked meats and cheeses were changing colour, where they overlapped on the cooled tray - and looked very unpalatable - they had obviously been on the tray for far too long . |

99 % good fried eggs at breakfast seemed to have been cooked during the night.in fact English breakfast was terrible.continental breakfast was very good. |

La relación calidad-precio, el balneario de thalassoterapia, y la proximidad a la playa. Según la web ofecían alquiler de bicis, pero tenían todas en mantenimiento. Podrían enviarlas a mantenimiento por partes, para que los clientes que no van en temporada alta también puedan usarlas. |

La tranquilidad que se siente en todo el hotel en general, y sobre todo la naturalidad de la gente en albornoz tomando un cafe o un refersco despues de una sesión de spa. El olor a comida que hacia la sala de tv. Y que la habitacion no tenia bañera, solo ducha |

El conjunto : la habitacion es muy comoda, el personal muy agradable y las instalaciones estan muy bien. He hechado en falta instalaciones de SPA en el exterior, en nuestra region tenemos muchos dias de los cuales hace buena temperatura y seria un acierto tener algo en el exterior que no sea una simple piscina... |

el balcón estaba sucío y había colillas en el suelo. Tenía telarañas tambíen. En el cuarto de baño faltaba cosas basicas - no había cepillos de dientes y solo había una esponja pequeña para dos personas. La cena(Buffet) no estaba buena. Esperaba más de este hotel. |
