near to the beech reception staff was extremely rude and felt like we were not welcomed atall. strong smell of drains in the pool area. |

Not very much.i book with you two times a year and this hotel was not nice at all. The food was crap and the bar was in the other bilding.our bar was pay only.we were all inclusive we had to buy our food out. |

Que nos ofrecieron otro de la misma cadena algo mejor y mucho más tranquilo, después de pedir por dios que nos sacaran de allí. Es un barracón para guiris que quieren comer rancho barato durante dos semanas y cocerse a sol y cervezas. Ni siquiera vale los 50 eurillos por noche que costó. Por favor, no os confieis. Podéis perder la calma, el descabao, y hasta la pareja. P.d: El guarda de noche no sabía hablar español, búa, búa, búa. |

Molto sporco. Personale assolutamente non collaborativo. La stanza non è stata pulita per un giorno e mezzo, nonostante le nostre rimostranze, non è stato mandato nessuno a pulire, abbiamo anche trovato scarafaggi. Sul sito era indicato fosse possibile pagare con carta di credito American Express che, invece, non hanno voluto accettare. |

Não recomendo, hotel sem higiene, a praia que vemos nas fotos não condições no que diz respeito á alimentação muito muito fraco, foi das piores experiencias que tive ate hoje, nao tenho mais palavras para descrever.... |

la colazione,la stanza molto ampia hotel pessimo, lo staff per niente gentile nè pronto ad accogliere i clienti, per fare il check in ho impiegato un ora tra la fila e l'incompetenza della reception, oltre tutto non trovo possibile che un albergo di quella grandezza e clientela internazionale accetti solo la visa come carta di credito e non la master card e l'american express che sono così diffuse,la piscina è tenuta malissimo. |
