The hotel is located very close to the company that I had to visit, so it was very convenient from this point of view. It is also close to the metro line 10, but it takes almost an hour to get to the downtown. The hotel was very clean, the staff at the reception was very helpful. I didn't like that the hotel charged for Internet access, and that the speed (at least on the 3rd floor) of the network was low (despite advertising it as high speed wireless Internet). |

Hotel is brand new and modern. Unfortunately the hotel is located far away from the Madrid airport, so it should not be used for a transit flight. The rate was attractive which was the reason for booking it, but the only way to get there is by taxi which cost more than 60€ each way. So not worth it. |

Close proximity to airport. Friendly, helpful, English-speaking staff. Clean, quiet comfortable and stylish. Excellent value for money. Safe on-street parking all around. Surrounding suburbia dull and unattractive. |

Clean neat room. No coffee or tea facilities in room.. No bar in the hotel all weekend. Just a bit too far out from the centre of the city. |

Aunque está a las afueras de Madrid, hay una boca de metro a 200 metros, así que en un momento estás en cualquier sitio. Es muy tranquilo, peor si hay ruido en el pasillo se cuela en las habitaciones por las aberturas de ventilación. |

Lo utilizamos por su cercanía al aeropuerto. Destaca su amplio baño y sus aromosos productos de la cadena NH. Con la oferta de verano precio-calidad inmejorable. Sin necesidad de ir a los centros comerciales próximos se puede comer y desayunar cerca. Como base de salida y llegada del aeropuerto nos ha gustado todo. |
