Die Grösse des Zimmers sowie die dazugehörende Nasszone waren sehr schön. Ausserdem war das Zimmer sehr sauber. Die Benützung des WLAN ist nicht kostenlos. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels empfinde ich dies eher schlecht, da m.E. die Kosten für die Bereitstellung eines WLAN Netzes nicht allzu hoch sind, und eine Überwälzung an den Kunden überflüssig ist. |

Normalerweise buche ich -als Studentin- keine 4 Sterne Hotels. Doch ein besonders günstiges Angebot ließ mich schwach werden. Und es hat sich gelohnt. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr komfortabel und auch mit dem üppigen Frühstücksbuffet konnte das Hotel überzeugen. Das Personal war nicht aufdringlich, aber höflich und ging auf alle Wünsche ein. Die Lage am Termibus erwies sich zwar als praktisch, doch nicht besonders schön. |

Es hat mir gut gefallen.Zeitweise war es ein bischen laut ,da in der nähe eine Baustelle war Das Menu im Restaurant war jeden Tag gleich.Es gab wohl 4 Menus zur Auswahl,aber wenn man mittags und abends dort gegesen hat, war man schnell durch. |

Sehr ansprechendes Hotel. Freundlicher Empfang, gute Infos über Ausflüge an der Rezeption. Traumhaftes Frühstück!! Selten so ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Angenehmes, elegantes Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Perfekter Barbetrieb (Gläserkultur) zu vernünftigen Preisen. 15 min. zu Fuß in die Stadt oder mit dem Bus beinahe vor der Tür. Rundum herrlich! Ich habe wirklich nichts gefunden was nicht entsprochen hätte!!! |

I especially was pleased with the decor and the fact that you offered a package that included free parking, breakfast, and wifi. That is why I chose the hotel in the first place. I also noticed that it was a good environment for business meetings. Twin beds pushed together as one bed instead of a single queen sized bed. The night staff were more friendly than the day staff. |

The breakfast choice was very good! The price of the breakfast was excessive. Overall, the hotel was fine but very average, distinctly unexceptional, considering the pricing and its 4 star status. The A/C in our room didn't work properly. This is the first 4 star hotel I've been to in about 3 years that doesn't have a flatscreen Tv in the room, but rather an old one - and the channel choice was very poor: needs more music channels. We tried to hire bikes from the hotel but it turned out they only have four available, so clearly they were all rented already! Overall, I'd say it was about 30% over priced for what it offered. |

It's clean, modern, and convenient hotel. Located next to the bus terminal, I was releived from my heavy luggage as soon as I arrived at the town. I also enjoyed nice breakfast. Shower water was easy to drop on the floor through the bottom gap of shower wall. |

This was a much larger hotel than we had been using and we found it quite impersonal. It was quite a challenge to find it as road works were in progress with a deviation in progress. |

Probably the best breakfast we've had in our 3+ years in Europe. The rooms were well outfitted and comfortable, including air conditioning. The package including the time at the La Perla Spa should be considered, even for a person who does not frequent them, this was a great experience and something completely different from normal spas. The hotel has a definate business-feel to it. A bit outside of the town but not many hotels could be found in the town itself. Overall I would recommend it though. |

Friendly staff conjured up bocadillos even though the kitchen was closed, when I arrived near midnight, exhausted and hungry. The room was comfortable, and the map of the city was excellent. A very nice experience overall. |

The hotel was clean, the room fair sized and as we were travelling by bus from Biarritz perfectly located by the bus station. Taking the discounted price into consideration we were very pleased with the hotel's price to quality. The walk to the town center was a nice 15-20 minute stroll as there are many shops and attractions along way, however, the distance could be a bit much for the elderly especially considering you might be making the walk 2-4 times per day. |

Clean, nice room. One night the people next to us put their television on too loud and it was disturbing. Otherwise a great stay. Internet was pricey. San Sebastian in general was expensive. |
