Excellent hotel, more like 4 star than 3 star. I think has been renovated and looks very new with great facilities. A close walk to the beach. |

I liked the location of the hotel (5 minutes on foot from the beach), the bedroom: comfortable, spacious enough and the video renting system. The price is preposterously high. |

Close to the beach. Nice walk to Old Town. That they were able to check us in early. Comfortable room with all the amenities that we needed. |

Clean, convenient, good breakfast and friendly. No problem with english.Bus stop right outside the hotel. Two minute walk to the beach. One male front desk clerk on duty Sunday September 6th at 5:30 a.m. was rude and not at friendly. I had to ask to have my bedding changed after 3 days. |

The city is beautiful, plenty to see and do, the festivals were great, cheap wine in the bars and you can smoke in them. Non-smoking rooms in a smoking country was strange and the pain of having to go downstairs. |

The staff members were not at all helpful. In fact, certain staff members were quite rude. We were displeased with the service. Specifically, when we requested information on how to get bus tickets, we were abruptly told to go to the bus station. When we asked if the person at reception would help us review the website, which was in spanish (and we do not speak spanish) he told us that we just need to know numbers, which are the same in english and spanish (meaning the times the buses leave). When we finally gave up and asked for directions to the station, he finally went online to help us, but told us, "I cannot plan your world tour for you." Also, when we called down for towels around 2pm, we were told that we couldn't get them until 4. |

Room was very nice, cosy and comfortable. I even got sea view and balcony (on the 7th floor, according to my wishes on email. Reception lady was very efficient and polite and apoligized the rush on 12 o'clock on subscription day, when I left.) This hotel would be worth of four stars. Nearest beach, The Ondarreta, was under half kilometres away, a good supermarket Amara, to the next building. There was no bath tub, but otherwise the room was perfect! |

Room was amazing. Top floor overlooking the beach. Has a big balcony as well. Location was not very close to the old town part but only 20 mins by foot along the beach.Taxi to center of town was around 7-8 euro's. There's a bus stop right outside as well. Pretty easy to get to anywhere as San Sebastian is quite small. |

The room is very comfortable. It is very closed to the beach. The hotel doesn't exhibit particular services (as swiming pool). The breakfast is very expensive and not so good. |

It was a location 2 minute work to beach and 10 minute to town provided free internet room was very light. We booked a double room as we are a couple but had 2 single beds pushed together made seperatley. |

Great location for the seafront. the meodern design was very attractive. We enjoyed the lack of fussiness. Even though the hotel was full it was extremely quiet. The breakfast was great with excellent times. |

A small boutique hotel with an emphasis on modern styling and comfort, clean and well run, with a good cafe on the ground floor. Perfect for couples. The old town is a five minute bus ride away (bus stops right outside the hotel) or a 20-minute walk. Not many shops or restaurants nearby. Not suitable for those who want all conveniences on their doorstep. |
