Nicely designed new comfotable hotel. Good location. Tasty breakfast and showers with hydromassage. Would definitely stay there again! Stayed there two nights and wasn't disapointed with anything. |

The hotel was very nice, but a little expensive for the area. It was situated quite away from the old city. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. Restaurant was very expensive. There was a set menu and no menu items. There was a cafe only with snack food. The parking was expensive but you can find parking outside on the road so you save on this. The walk was about 30 minutes from the old city all uphill. |

Funky bedroom - contemporary yet comfortable. Good enough location for access to wonderful san sebastian. Its very large and there was a wedding in the bar with loud music blaring |

Modern decor Nice room Shower room excellent No tea or coffee facilities in the room which would have made the room perfect. Restaurant like a canteen - no atmosphere and bleak decor |

The rooms are fantastic, clean, modern, fully equipped. Location is not great - too far from old town. Sunday breakfast we had to wait for at least 10 minutes to be seated and buffet was practically empty but had prepaid so couldn't go elsewhere. Wireless internet is very very slow. |

Nice rooms and fine located, close to city and old town. Poor service from staff. No water available on first night (not even for toilets). Parking is very expensive. 15 euro every time you leave. |

The room was very comfortable with a pleasant view. Very clean and well designed. Cafe/bar was not open early on Saturday for coffee and light meals, so had to use the buffet breakfast. |

The staff we’re very helpful and polite, checking in and out was quick and organised and the hotel was very clean. The hotel was very noisy. We were a group of 5 people in 4 rooms on different floors and we all noticed noise from chamber service starting very early in the morning and the wooden floors in rooms amplified noise from adjoining rooms. The hotel was expensive at 140euro for a Wednesday night and we had to pay for parking..!! |

Location ideal for access to beach and town,we enjoyed the situation. Staff were good on reception ,English excellent Breakfast was self service entirely,it would be better if beverages were supplied by staff .Coffee machine was a mystery to me. |

I liked that everything was excellent organized, the cleanliness of the rooms and the fact that I had the chance to enjoy the view at the mountains. I had problem only with a single thing: most of the hotel staff does not speak english, except some of thw receiptionists, so there was a little bit difficulty in the communication. |

Excellent breakfast buffet, other than the quality of the espresso. Comfortable beds. Very good bathroom and shower We had a room at the back of the hotel and it was impossible to open the window because of the constant noise from the adjoining road, especially teenagers on motor bikes. |

Rooms very modern and very clean. Excellent shower facilities. The front of the hotel is very off putting. its needs a big face lift. Its old fashioned dated and not very inviting. Totally opposite to what you get inside |

Excellent bedroom - lovely modern design; terrific shower in the bathroom! Just a little bit out of the centre of San Sebastian so lacking the downtown bustle - but maybe al the better for that! That said very convenient to the main beach so comes recommended from this traveller! Staff were also very helpful and friendly. |

The hotel itself is quite nice and well situated, close to one of the nicest beaches. The rooms and common facilities are nice and sufficiently large - modern in the style of a design hotel. Unfortunately, much of the staff is very rude and unwilling to accommodate guests' requests: e.g. my mother checked in late at 4AM, was put in a room next to a construction site and was woken by the noise starting at 9AM. She asked 3 times (in accent free Spanish) to be moved or that construction be stopped, but staff brushed her off and hung up on her on her last attempt. Hotel staff was also unwilling to offer a late check out stating that 'it's not the hotel's problem when guests check in.' Bar staff was also very rude. |

I like the style of the rooms but i booked a double bed room & got two beds pushed together (wouldn't expect this for the price we paid) & the pool was great. Location is good, not far to beach & 20 min walk to centre or ten min bus. The Air-con was broken the week i stayed which made our stay pretty uncomfortable, not good enough for a four star hotel charging such rates, 4star is one star down from 'the best' but this hotel certainly is not at that level, looks like a block of cheap apartments from the outside & from the pool a lot of windows are cemented up & looks terrible. Found the level of staff help like roulette, one would be fine the next would be rude & when leaving they sent us to the wrong train station, the level of info they had about the surrounding area was very poor, simple questiosn of bicycle rental etc couldnt be answered,i appreciate we should do our own research but seriously, i would expect a higher level of service from staff in a '4 star hotel |

Designhotel It said on the internet that they had a fitness room, air condition, solarium etc. But many of those "facilities" were closed, and the air condition was broken. Obviously they knew about the air condition problem, but they didn't tell us before AFTER we checked out.. |
