Polite, helpful, friendly reception staff. Good location with easy pedestrian access both to the spectacular beach and to the famed Old Quarter of San Sebastian with its many Tapas (Pintxos) bars |

The location - near the beach and old town - was excellent. The room was more serviceable than anything else but as we didn't spend a lot of time in it it was fine and perfectly comfortable to sleep in. |

The location was great and the hotel was quite comfortable and staff were lovely. It didn't offer good value for money - we had stayed the previous 2 nights at the 5* Sheraton in Bilbao for same price. Sheraton was far superior in terms of facilites and comfort. The room was very small and the hotel was on a noisy street. |

Great location almost right on the beach (La Concha) and walking distance to old town. Cheap breakfast can be had right across the road. Has been the only place so far to provide a double bed as requested. Free wifi in the hotel was great. Air conditioning was a bit weak, but with the windows open it was fine. Someone had previously spilt coffee in the safe (!) so all our documents ended up smelling like coffee. Could do with an update to interior. Room was quite cosy (small), but fine. |

Friendly but unobtrusive staff, excellent location, clean and comfortable room with good bathroom, central but with view of the ocean. One of the best hotels I've stayed in recently. We'd specifically asked for a room with a double bed but got one with twin beds. By the time we realised this we'd unpacked and didn't want the bother of changing rooms. |

The reception staff were excellent. They provided lots of information on travel, booked taxis for us and recommended great places to eat. They were very friendly and helpful and had excellent English. Decor is a bit tired and the room we stayed in was rather cramped, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room so it wasn't a huge issue. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The proximity to the beach and other attractions was fantastic. Great value for money. The hotel could use a bit of an update - purely asthetic. On the upside, the lime green paint woke us up in the morning. |
