Very helpful staff with good english. Hotel is rated as 2 star but I feel that it is closer to 3 star. Good size rooms with great views It is a little far away from the town but bus stops outside the door and onsite parking is available free. |

Its slightly outside the center but with a 15 min bus ride you are there, the hotel itself is simple but cozy, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the view is excellent, and price-quality very good. |

It was a very warm and comfortable hotel, with a friendly family who were very helpful at all times. They suggested area's to visit both in the city and the surrounding countryside. The views of the ocean were magnificent, with the dining room giving panoramic views at breakfast. The local bus stopped outside the hotel every 30minutes to go to town, hence we didn't have to drive. Altogether, we had a perfect stay. |

The very helpful manager. The wonderful view from our room and the dining area. A breakfast with some healthy choices. Outside of a busy city with available public transportation close. The price was reasonable for the accommodations received. Comfortable room with bathroom! Storage for our luggage. We mentioned the cleanliness to the manager. |

The hotel was clean and friendly. Basic but very good value in an expensive city. Good parking, quiet, fantastic view, and best of all a bus stop outside the door to the centre of San Sebastian meant we could enjoy the fantastic wine and tapas there. |

friendly staff, nice views, close to the centre of San Sebastian but far enough away to feel like its in the mountains/countryside. We will stay there again next summer for sure not the hotels fault,but the address given on booking.com sends you 20km away from the hotel. We spent 2,5 hrs lost with our GPS sending us up the smallest mountain roads. If you use GPS ask the hotel for their location and set a waypoint near the sea at San Sebastian first, then you arrive no problems as we found the next morning. The receptionist confirmed that we were probably the 1000th people with such problems :) |

Nice hotel. Good alternative for the expensive accomodations in San Sebastian it's a bit away of the city center. You need a car, or need to take a bus or a taxi |

Beautiful views of the sea. It was nice to get out of the intensity of the downtown area. Free internet was greatly appreciated. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Very noisey - the walls and floors were very thin. You could hear people coming and going at all hours. The constant rooster crows from 4 am and all day were at first nice, then very irritating and interrupted sleep. Also irritating was the constant strobe light into our room from the lighthouse on other mountain. Not a great place to get quality sleep. |

Lovely 2 star which is much better than many 3 stars in which I have stayed. Run by great people. Got a room with lovely balcony overlooking the ocean, so sorry to leave it behind. Breakfast served in very warm dining area with quite a few flies. Would not be a issue except that individual croissants are laid out for guests in advance of their arrival meaning the flies have access to uncovered food. Some simple food covers would make a huge difference, I was not the only person who didnt eat their croissant during my stay. |

Beautifull location very near Donostia and Ondarreta beach.Very well modernised old hotel with big rooms,very clean, and most with sea view.Good breakfast and exellent staff.Much more than 2 stars. |

Excellent service, nice and relaxing atmosphere, like being at home, good breakfast. They even called to a restaurant to make a reservation for us! I would definitely go back there if I go to San Sebastián! |
