The hotel was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and lots of them spoke english. The room was fantastic, clean and spacious. |

Inmense room with big bathroom (although a bit outdated). The bed was huge and very comfortable. The hotel is located in the middle of town within walking distance from everything worth seeing. The hotel itself is magnificent buidling Mixed feelings with respect to hotel staff. Some were friendlier than others. Hotel doesn't have its own parking but there is one nearby although fairly expensive |

from mistake I spilt 2 glasses of juice on the table and made dirty the table.no waiter came to help us to move to another table even they saw what happened!Though it is a 5 stars hotel!! |

Fantastic location, on river and close to old town. Large and comfortable bedrooms. Felt spa / fitness area did not live up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. |

the beds were verry comfortable the view was superb and the staff were very obliging my two children were put in a room with a king size bed which was unacceptable so they took it out and put in two three quarter sized beds for them with no fuss - what wonderful service! |

old luxury style, sometimes too old, not refurbished, nice ambiente, cloth to the city and beach not good english speaking staff, staff not polite very unfriendly, no good technically abilities, paying via card was not possible, we had to get money at the next automat, hidden costs everywhere (35 Euro for parking), simply all too expensive even for high level, there was no service in the restaurant first floor, we were waiting 30 min, nobody cared, then we left. |

The room was large and comfortable, very lush. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. It would have been nice if coffee was available in the lobby in the morning, and/or a continental breakfast, especially with the price that we paid for the room. |

The location is good. We also appreciate the courteous staff and general ambiance. It was very difficult to drive to the hotel entrance. You need to advise people, in advance, with better driving directions. |

Size of room, belle epoque style Seems like they charged for a couple of extra water bottles. Slightly annoying, as they were €5 apiece. Was in a hurry when checking out, so I didn't discuss it then. |

We have stayed at the Maria Cristina several times during the last few years (at least once a year) and consider your hotel to have the ultimate hospitality and service. In fact, we will be there three times this year if we can obtain a reservation. |

I think thatr the bar and restaurant are execessive expensive the reversationa was incomplete. I ask for one extra bed fore one day and they carge for two days ¨becausea was paying too cheep¨¨ ??????? |

Staff were relaxed but efficient, good energy, not too stuffy. Hotel was charming, great location. Great Spa. Had a terrible meal at the Saigon restaurant which is inside the Christina, couldn't believe how bad the veal was. I would sort out the corridor leading to the Spa, looks terrible, bright orange with bits of plaster falling off, with old pictures os celebs which are not even framed. Shame, as the Spa is fantastic. |
