It was on the seafront close to the old town. The room was bright and clean and the breakfast room overlooked the sea, also the restaurant downstairs was good and staff friendly. The night I stayed it was a bit noisy maybe because I was close to the lift. |

Every employee was approachable, helpful and friendly. They gave excellent recommendations on sites and restaurants. Definitely gave the personal touch. I would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and were fortunate enough to receive an ocean view room; it was romantic and perfect. Hotel rooms are clean, very well maintained; our room looked freshly painted. Location is great; short walk to old town along a scenic sea wall. nothing; it was top notch. |

The view from the room was excellant. It was also a close walking distance to the old town and to the local bus. The hotel staff were not very friendly and they did not have parking available they told us to go to another location and pay 20€ but we drove around and found parking on the street overnight for free. |

The location was excellent, rooms with sea views are a must and room 53 has the best view! Te hotel is elegant and atmospheric and I will recomend to family and friends. |

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is right on the beach and only a short walk from great places to eat and drink. We had a great view of the beach from our room and the staff were friendly. |

Central. No seaview for us. Very narrow elevator, can be a problem for some. If you are going to park your car be aware!!! Its very narrow down to -3. Our toilet broke down. |

Great position. We had asked for ocean facing rooms which we had and the views were spectacular. The ground floor bar and breakfast room was also good. Rooms were very light and bright and immaculately clean. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go and there was constant free entertainment in the passing parade on the beach and walkway. For drivers unfamiiar with San Sebastian the hotel was very hard to find. This is not the hotels's fault because there are many one way streets and congested roads. Maybe some very specific instructions on the website might help? A bar fridge would have been good since the weather was hot and there was no way to keep drinks cool. |

Perfect for our city break - right on the beach, the room was quiet at night, free internet - would definitely stay here again. The air con system required some expertise to get going, but with a bit of perserverance was fine. |

Staff/manager was friendly and obliging. Great location. Good breakfast. Lovely garden. Rooms quite basic but adequate. No elevator but manager carried bags to second floor room. |

Good location on the beach and for visiting San Sebastian. Some - but not all - of the reception staff were unfriendly and unresponsive. Otherwise the staff in the cafe and room cleaning services were good. |
