Close to the Concha and historical city.

No bar. Half the lights in the lounge did not work and not heated. Staff not the friendliest. Some lights in the room did not work (no light bulb or even not enough electric sockets...). Not a 4 star as advertised. Effcient hotel if you just need a place to crash in the center. Breakfast over priced, eat at neighboring pastry shops for 1/4 of the price.

Excellent junior suite with sea view and lovely bathroom with hydro massage bath. Very friendly staff. Excellent location for shops and old town and all the tapas bars and restaurants. Free wireless internet was an excellent service.

Probably a better bar restaurant although it was not important to us as we wanted to discover the old town.

Location was convenient to beach and old town in San Sebastian. Breakfast was excellent. Help from front desk manager was excellent.

It was very expensive. Though I did not need handicapped accessibility, I think accessibility to the elevators would be difficult for a handicapped person.

There was no bar or restuarant. This was difficult because there none in the close vicinity to the hotel

Nice room, great location, one street back from beach, but only 50 yds across the "square" to promenade. Wonderful view of west bay overlooking buildings from our 4th floor room. Enjoyed light inexpensive breakfasts in bar area. Quiet in bar in evenings. Parking available below.

Convenience of the location. Clean and comfortable room. Some of the staff were nice. Rooms much nicer than shabby lobby area.

The main desk staff was not particularly helpful or friendly and we didn't really feel we were being looked after. Certainly not worth the full price AT ALL but fine for a discounted price.

They informed us they had a laundry service, we asked them to do a load of washing. Without telling us the expense they went ahead of charged us 209 euro when checking out - not impressed!!

No me ha gustado nada de este hotel.

Es un hotel viejo, sin servicio de habitaciones, sin aire acondicionado, no tiene ningún servicio anexo al hotel, salvo una pequeña cafeteria que abre de 07 a 15. Estube enfermo y no disponian de un misiero termometro para tomar la temperatura. En resumen este hotel deberia estar catalogado por debajo de 1 estrella y no de las 4 que tiene y no cumple.
