Excellent front desk staff, great location, everything a 4* hotel should be Room did not have facilities to make tea/coffee; breakfast did not start until 7:15 AM |

The situation could not be better for seeing the beautiful old town and with views of the surrounding hills only a few metres away. There is nothing I disliked about this hotel and would stay there again without hesitation. |

The room was warm large and comfortable---and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful . late at night bath water from other rooms made quite a noise as it passed thro the drain ubder our bathroom floor |

Staff very attentive. No complaints here. Do not think it deserved a 4-star rating, especially when compared with e.g. Maimonides in , which has a 3-star rating. Overflow outlet in middle of bathroom floor was irritating --almost slipped as cover slid when stepped upon. There was no pleasant place to sit and have tea, beer etc (again compare with Maimonides). Would not recommend as 4 star. |

Desk Manager Pablo was as helpful helpful and friendly as could be. I cannot. rate him highly enough. He put the staff in the Parador at which we stayed to shame. Nice Hotel, well positioned but very difficult to find. NO |

Estupenda estancia, el regalo de la visita guiada fue un detallazo, magnifica iniciativa por parte de los hoteles. La situación del hotel es ideal para no mover el coche en toda la estancia. |

Que es tranquilo y que está muy bien situado dentro de lo que es el casco histórico de Toledo. Que el desayuno es caro y que no vimos en la cafetería la posibilidad de tomar un café con leche y una tostada o similar a un precio razonable. |

Tudo em geral. A localização é excelente garantindo proximidade do centro historico e tranquilidade na estadia. 5/10 minutos da Catedral. Rectificação do sistema de ar condicionado que, no que respeita ao quarto em questão, não aceitava a configuração de temperatura seleccionada. Ligava sozinho e sempre em temperaturas na ordem dos 19º. |

Le calme, la tranquillité et la localisation de l'hôtel dans la ville historique à proximité des principaux monuments et attractions culturelles (tout près de l'excellent musée Victorio Macho). Accès facile en voiture et garage très pratique. |
