L'esmorzar, els jardins i terraces, la decoració en general, l'atenció de la recepció, el poder disposar d'aparcament pel cotxe els dies que hem estat fora. Ens hi em trobay molt a gust. Sí. No m'ha agradat gens les plantes de plàstic. penso que teniu un bon personal de jardins que podrien cuidar molt bé plantes naturals. En tot cas, milloraria molt si traieu els rams de flors de plàstic. També estaria bé canviar la gespa articificial per herba. |

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. View from the hotel was superb. The train station (to go into Barcelona) is a ten minute walk. No taxi driver at the airport knew about this hotel. We were lucky enough to find an English speaking driver. But he had a lot of trouble finding it. |

A lovely hotel with great views from the public rooms and gardens which were all beautifully cared for. The evening meal was pefectly acceptable for the medium price. We chose this hotel because of the proximity of the airport and it is absolutely great for that with no noise at all and only 10 minutes away. Having paid for a room with terrace it turned out to be a walled area with no view whatsoever. The difference between the luxurious setting of the public areas and the bedrooms was marked however the rooms were perfectly comfortable and clean. |

Style, comfort, quiet. A haven of peace in the garden, overlooking St Boi and Barcelona in the distance. Room was fine - good air conditioning, nice view. It was hard to find - the website instructions pointed us up a closed street and St Boi is full of one-way streets. But signs in town helped. |

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpfull. the bar and restaurant were also very good, better than some in holtels with higher star rating. |

They had a nice free breakfast. We liked it very much. Only stayed one night but it was very nice. they ordered us a taxi to take us to shopping area and ordered a taxi to came to pick us up at designated time. This was one-night stay before return trip to USA. Nothing, the picture of the rooms didn't look like our room but it was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable. |

The outdoor area was very attractive with a nice swimming pool view and relaxing music. Yes they did not serve food throughout the day only at set times. Also air-conditioning in room did not work very well.Also the breakfast was poor. |

The sympathetic attitude of the staff and the genreal atmosphere. I was claustrophobic and the staff moved us to a family room at no extra cost. The only thing that could have improved our stay was a shuttle bus to the airport. However, having said that the hotel was very quiet and would not have warranted a shuttle bus |

We enjoyed the quiet ambience, the uncrowded swimming pool and being able to relax in pleasant surroundings. The situation of the hotel was excellent for easy access from the Airport and also for connexions into Barcelona and other coastal areas. We had a terrace room and this was lovely to relax on in the early and late evening. |

free parking and breakfast included in rate. Wifi didn't work (which is a reason we picked the hotel as we are travelling for a long period). They charged us for the room and the staff at booking.com had to chase them to get a refund. While the downstairs area of hotel is renovated nicely, the rooms are old and disappointing. |

The swimming pool with view over Barcelona was great and on the whole it was clean and well presented. Some of the staff were rather unhelpful - I waited about 15 minutes at the bar to be served while a couple of staff came and went. In the end I gave up and raided the mini bar in our hotel room. |

Location great, 5 minutes from airport by car, before/no entering Barcelona. Very clean, and the center of Boi (historic) which is just down some steets, has a good choice of bars and restaurants. |

Everything,beautiful location and setting(built on remains of an ancient fortress).Very good food with special set menu for guest at a ridiculous price,attentive waiters and breakfast excellent too. It's not fault of Alfonso el Magnanimo or whoever built the original Castle if over the years suburbs of Barcelona surrounded this nice hill:a pearl amidst one of the most crowded areas around and as a Castle still stand to(modern)tests of times! |

the appearance of hotel (an old castle renovated) is excellent, the staff also excellent. the position of the hotel in the middle of the town is also very convenient. rooms very very clean, at all fair to very good value for money payed. everything was quite well, so there is no items in box "do not like about" |

The Hotel was lovely and the setting stunning we arrived very late and enjoyed the restaurant open until 10.30pm, & guests received a reduction to the set menu- near to Barcelona Airport a welcome change from a bland airport hotel |
