good location and services

Hotel stuff was pleasant.

It's bit far from city of Barcelona. The Spa should be open later then 9:30 PM.

Shuttle to airport.

In an awkward location, bed hard as a rock, flimsy pillows, glass door to bathroom, industrial looking bath, few dining choices.

confirmed airport pickup svc on both its HP and booking.com and advised my arrival time on reservation. However!!!!!!!!!!! the AP service hour was until 23:15 (not like advertisement until midnight!). If I knew it, I've never ever booked this hotel. My arrival time on BCN airport was 23:05. In the end, I spent 20EUR for taxi since Frontair Congress didn't offer me any pickup svc after waiting for it outside airport more than 1H. When I complained it to the reception, they said, No, It's not. They were not helpful or cooperative either. I was very much disappointed. I spent EUR20 without any reason and wasted more than one hour outside feeling scared midnight. I want to claim this expense to Hotel & booking.com who offered wrong info.

Closeness to Airport

Air conditioning was not effective. Room very hot. Difficult to find thew stop for the shuttle bus. The name and phone number of the hotel should be on the sign at the shuttle bus stop.It would also help to have the hotel phone number on the booking confirmation page.

Free transfer to the airport

Our room was next to the elevator and it was too noisy. The noise was NOT endurable, and we made complain at the reception. They gave us free breakfirst and half price back as a refund. We were very angry to sleep in such noise. We arrived at hotel very late und could not notice it early. In the morning we were almost attacked by the noise.

It was convenient for the overnight stopover for the airport

The best thing about the hotel is it´s proximity to the Airport. Buffet breakfast good also.

When I called for the courtesy bus I was told it would take 10-15 minutes, which is fine, I was however left standing outside in the wind at 22:00 for about 40 minutes, and when I rang on the half hour to see what was happening i was told rather abruptly that it was on it´s way as it had to pass by terminal 1 first. Again that´s understandable - but just don´t tell 10 to 15 minutes if it´s going to be 40, and certainly don´t be rude about it on the phone when I ring up to see what´s happening . Not exactly the best attention to detail or customer service ion behalf of reception.

The shuttle from the airport was not provided, because (s the guy from the reception said) we arrived after midnight. It should be clarly stated until whne the shuttle is provided!

I thought the food in the bar/restaurant was of very good quality and felt that it was also good value.

It would be have been nice to have had a refrigerator in the room

It was clean and slick. There was a large outside patio with fountains which opened from the restaurant and bar. Shuttle to the airport. We stayed here only because it was listed as an airport hotel and reasonably priced.

the location. It is buried in an industrial park, impossible to find by car. Only got there by the good grace of others who were willing to lead us in. Had to stop often for directions.
